Noisy bedroom door when leaving very early. We think it would have disturbed others trying to sleep. We found the mattress a little bit hard.

We had an issue with sink blocked in the restroom, we asked for a fix, but this was never fixed. We had to spend 6 days with same issue in pipes.

Big clean rooms, access to 2 kitchens fully equipped. The house is definitely very close to Dundas and Yonge square, streetcars and metros. Only 3 stops to Union train station and easy to access directly from airport

Litter in parking area. Patio in pictures didn’t appear to be there.

We were impressed with how quiet it was considering it was full. Everything was as advertised. Kitchen was equipped for snacking and a tea.

It was very warm and the air very dry. Even when it’s -5 outside the heater doesn’t need to be that high. But that’s the only thing I can criticize if I want to be picky ;)

Close to everything, owner very friendly and helpful, room clean and big with access to balcony and with everything you need. Really felt like home.

It was easily accessible to the tram and only a few stops to Massey Hall and the Eaton Centre. The room was very comfortable for my daughter and I.

The wooden floor was quite noisy.

Room was cosy, there is table so it possible to work comfortably. Location is very good, foot distance to down town and Union station.

Although convenient, the streets around the house are not the best. There isn’t a tv in the room and we didn’t know that we could use the leaving room available to us downstairs.

The location is very convenient in East downtown Toronto. The room was clean and big.

The shower faucet was broken making it difficult to take a shower.

The process to checkin and checkout was very good. The apartment was very clean!

Inaccessible parking, barrier was too low for our vehicle to park, we had to go to a public parking costing a big piece of our travelling budget. We booked this facility as parking was free but turned out we had to fork out $40 for 1 night parking.

Price is fair and it is near downtown so you can reach everything by feet; we could use the kitchen where we found coffee and water, the living room, garden with grill!

There was a strange odor in the house and the drain in the shower was clogged.

Considering that Toronto is an expansive city, the room/house has a relatively fair price and is very central.

I had a problem because the owner didn't give proper indications to get to my room... He never said that there were two #2 bedrooms in the house so that was confusing. Apparently I entered the wrong room (and the same happened to someone else). I was later on downtown and then received a message and a call from the owner telling me that I was in the wrong room and that they had moved my things to the proper one. My surprise was, when I got to the house, my bags were not in my room but just on the hallway close to the common living room so anyone else could've stole them. That was very frustrating. Also, the neigborhood had strange people around and I didn't felt very safe. The carpet was dirty, with a lot of dust under it

I really didn't like the smell at all. I texted the proprietor to let them know about it but I haven't heard anything back from them.

The place looked clean and everything but there was an unpleasant smell in the house. It seemed to be coming from the furnace vents and I was wondering if it could be that a rat got in there or something. It just smelled kind of a bit like mothballs but more organic than chemical, and definitely bad, if that makes sense?
