Parking was a little tricky, but there is a parking lot with plenty of space across the steet as well as side streets that are a close walking distance.

The lady kindly accomadated a late check-in, which is usually not allowed, and we were able to arrive safely. She also allowed us to stay another night at the last minute. We will always come back here, hopefully we can get a bigger room next time. As a bonus, decor is beautiful, loved all the mirrors and vines extending down the whole staircase!

There are a few sketchy neighbourhood pockets in the area, not super pleasant to walk later in the evening. Would also be nice to have a fridge in the room.

Parking is very limited. I had to park on the street and my car got scratched. It happened overnight. Not much of a view from the room I had but, that’s alright.

The colour scheme was amazing. The bed, pillows and duvet are super soft and comfortable. The red glass tiles in the shower are beautiful. It’s super close to everything downtown. The receptionist was fantastic. Shes friendly and talkative. She even gave me a little tour and information about local attractions.

My room was exactly as advertised and incredibly clean. The owner is very friendly and let me keep my breakfast in the fridge downstairs. She really made me feel at home! The neighborhood is very central. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything the hotel is excellent and very clean. Plus, the stuff and the owner are awesome and can't say more than ( 10 on 10) I recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone. The dexoration is very unique also 👌

I did not like the red chairs and specifically asked for them to be removed. They were not.

Swiss Hotel has seen better days. There is a drug market outside the door and the police stop by every few hours to control it. The drug market is quite serious and not safe. There is a security guard at night inside the hotel, but he's not that friendly. He'll make you go back up to your own floor to use the toilet, etc.

No tissue, No slippers, No breakfast, very expensive. They don't even remove the garbage every day from the rooms. No elevator. They don't have a person to help the old or sick people with the luggage as they don't have even internal elevator.

The room opposite me was twice the size of mine with a decent size desk to work on however i got the much smaller room. Housekeeping opens ones door and then leaves it open for anybody and everybody to enter. This happened on 3 occasions. The bathroom is really ultra small.

Location is perfect as its right downtown. There is no breakfast apart from a coffee machine. The room is small and i mean small as i even overheard a comment from another guest with the same sentiment.

parking lot only for first come first serve and than you pay and shouldn’t move your car because than you’ll loose your spot you just paid for. no breakfast I guess about Covid. but also only 3 capsules for coffee. the room looks bigger in the picture. still comfortable. and the lady on the desk seem to have a rough day. she wasn’t nice when I arrived. we can all have a bad day. but it wasn’t a nice welcome after all. 😔

Very difficult to control temperature in the room. Patio area not clean & not inviting. Sound proofing not great. Shelf in shower would have been useful. Also did not like that had to step right in to shower to turn on & adjust water temp.
