Cleanliness is definitely an issue .

The hotel staff were all marvelous. They let us feel welcomed . There are available outdoor parking spaces .

The heater in my room would not work properly. I did not inform the staff. As I was only there for 1 night ,this time. The breakfast buffet could use more fruit. Maybe some bananas but other than that. Very good. Lady working there very helpful and friendly.

Front desk and location are excellent. As always this hotel chain is always good. Great value This is now the only chain my crew and I use. We used to use Western and IHG. Not worth the money. Beds and good size tv. What else can you ask for after a hard days work. Keep it up guys. And the flavour water at front reception is always fresh and cold. Cheers.

Not many TV channels & there was some error so I couldn`t get on to Netflix

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean & had the room we needed for 3 people. The staff were very friendly & helpful & I would come back again. The pool was a bonus as was the hot breakfast.

Person in the room next to us kept going in and out and just let the door shut on its own. This was after 10:30 at night and kept going for a couple of hours.

Location is right next to Jake’s - excellent restaurant and the location of our family party. Just walked a few steps to the hotel. Breakfast was very good - eggs, bacon, juice, yogurt, oranges, coffee, tea. Water in the lobby.

Smell of cigarettes around fire door close to room (staff smoking breaks?). Breakfast basic continental.

The bed was really comfortable. Staff were welcoming and made sure you knew they could be called upon for help and assistance.

The bathtub in the room I stayed in has very visible scratches that had been painted over . The bathtub needs to be replaced

You could hear everything that transpired in the hall. Ground floor room was pretty noisy.

Everyone does their best for you here - room was large and clean. Comfy bed, good shower.

The rooms have a small step going through the door and I found it hard to push cases and even my walker over them.

The TV needs to have access to a guide It would be nice if the apps worked The one time I wanted to use the pool it was full of children being taught to swim I was politely asked to come back later

While this is completely based on a person's neighbors - Planning out rooms for family area vs young adults may help with noise complaints.

Breakfast facilities could improve with increased space. The selection was adequate! The pancake machine, while a great idea, is very slow - why not serve them fresh?

We stayed in Room 320. It was clean and comfortable BUT the bathroom door has a really loud squeak which is not good when nature calls at 3:00 am.

I lived in Burlington for 43 years and went by the Inn daily and ate at Jakes many many times. We have moved north and had to come to town- Mom is at Billings next door. My daughter worked there years ago too. So this was our first time there and staying over. Very nice hotel!

Not enough parking. Rooms could hear most sound from hallway.

Would have liked bananas available. Everything else was great.

Breakfast was excellent - hot items like eggs, bacon and home fries. Also yogurt, hard cheese, hard boiled eggs and cereals. Oranges and apples as well. Great restaurant next door for dinner called Jake’s. Excellent food.

Don't miss the entrance turn...its a headache to get back to enter the parking lot if you miss it the first time. My partner felt the room smelt a little stale but I did not notice. It did not affect our stay. It was a little noisy due to lots of families with children but nothing terrible.

Comfortable and clean. Good location. Room well stocked.
