Nordic Spa is not included and is enjoyable but very expensive. I thought the price should be lower for guests of the hotel.

Beautiful views, surroundings/scenery. Clean and comfortable room. Comfortable beds. Great food and drink at restaurant. Wonderful staff.

the rooms were pretty dirty. lots of spots that haven’t been wiped or cleaned in a while. the waterpark needs some deep cleaning and general maintenance.

set up well for all types of vacations and groups. the pool/ waterpark is awesome for the kids.

Friendly staff, beautifully designed, and great restaurants. It’s a great destination within the Rockies. If you’re travelling with a family, the buffet at the Forte restaurant is great and nothing beats the slides at the waterpark.

The bathtub/shower in our room was not draining properly so clearly blocked, but upon informing staff they were very keen to resolve the issue asap so kudos to them for that. I also wish there was less noise audible from the corridors early in the morning as it affected my sleep somewhat, but this is typical of most hotels so I won't judge them too harshly for it.

The location is fantastic with beautiful scenic walking trails nearby. The amenities at the hotel were extensive- I was impressed to see all the board games in the lobby lounge and also the activities for children (we didn't use these but a great option for those travelling with kids). The place overall was clean and staff were very friendly and attentive.

If you are able to book in advance and get great rates, it is definitely value for money, especially the buffet breakfast at Forte. Great customer service especially the check-in staff at reception, Angelyn.

The resort, while very nice, obviously is very dated and needs renovations. The hotel is listed as 4 star, but the basic rooms are 3 star at best. Our original room's air conditioner was broken and gave off a horrible burning smell. We were placed in another room after about an hour while they tried to fix it. The sound proofing in the door was non existent and we heard everything happening in the hall outside. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, but the linens were fine. Prices for every hotel right now is insane, and this was no different. Would only come back if prices come down to reasonable (under $250.00 per night for a basic room) levels.

The staff was phenomenal from start to finish. The dining and room service was top notch and delicious. The area itself and the amenities in the hotel were 4 star. It was nice having breakfast comped when we had to switch rooms due to a broken AC.

Amazing amenities, you never have to leave the resort to find something to do or somewhere to eat, and the Nordic spa and Kananaskis golf course are amazing.

on the first day, there was lots of staff and were attentive. by day 2&3&4, there was limited staff to be found, and no valet staff to be found, no pool towels, and used towels were all over the woman’s change room floor and in the stalls.
