We were a party of 3 adults, the access to the building required a key fob on entry. We often separate as we have different interests but we had to arrange times to return to the building together as we were given 1 key fob. An additional key fob would have been useful. The concierge was helpful though

The location was perfect, central for sightseeing and close to metro. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was self catering with a store nearby. The host provided drinks and snacks for us on arrival, she also gave us information about local attractions and nearby facilities.

The actual apartment room was so nice and felt very clean. Lynn had the apartment room stocked with everything we need. Will definitely staying here again.

Prices in Toronto are high-but this is still a much better value than a hotel room. There was only one key FOB, so we had to plan accordingly with 5 of us and splitting up.

The location was amazing and Lynn was incredibly helpful.

There were several pro sports events in town - one team unexpectedly made it to the playoffs which bumped our event to a Friday. We lost our original reservation (a different place) and had to find a new place on short notice. Rates across the city AND outskirts were crazy expensive. This unit was priced competitively for the market, but sticker shock none the less.

The host was outstanding!! The location was excellent. We thought we lost the key and without hesitation she agreed to travel 40 minutes (after 11 PM) to bring us a spare - thankfully we found it and called her off, but there wasn't even a hint of frustration in her voice. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed or wanted. The unit was compact but very nicely furnished and finished. This was a studio suite so for 4 adults it was a bit cramped - she provided 2 cots that were amazingly comfortable.

The apartment was perfect for a short stay in the city, clean modern and everything we needed, our host was really helpful waiting for us arrive from the airport and showing us in, she offered us a late checkout due to our return flight times.

Lynn was an awesome host, super friendly and great accommodation. We had 3 guests total and she even set up an extra bed for us. All three beds were very comfortable. Great area to stay in with tons of restaurants around within walking distance & Queens Park right down the road! Thanks Lynn for the great spot! We will be back

Excellent location! Excellent host! Love the simplicity of the apt, with a queen bed in a cosy corner room. Sofa bed in the living dinning area, 2 desks, kitchen facilities, laundry machine, etc. Even a bag of chips, bottles of water, coffee, tea. You are home! Lynn is a perfect host personable and professional at the same time. Almost like a family welcoming you home. We love her. Will go back anytime. Thank you Lynn.
