The price was maybe a little hefty, but considering we don’t travel often - and don’t use hotels especially - price was understandable and fair. The business Inn was very nice and located in downtown, which then most likely justifies the price.

Travelled here for a basketball tournament, and the hotel definitely added to the entire weekend experience. Breakfast was simple yet tasty, was pleasantly surprised with it. The building itself was very well maintained, and the room was very clean and had a comfy feel to it. It was also a bonus to be right in downtown Ottawa, with everything being in walking distance. Overall, we had a very nice and memorable stay.

We couldn't use your TV set properly. The instruction was too vague. The dining room for breakfast was a bit too small for so many guests.

We really appreciated your free laundry facilities. Good breakfast and kind staff at the front desk. We also utilized the kitchen in our room.

Water bottles at breakfast. Unnecessary. Install a fountain. Save the excessive use of plastic.

The room was spacious with separate living area and bedroom. Kitchen was useful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of room to sit. Parking was excellent at a reasonable cost. Location was awesome. Charming street with restaurants and close to the centre of the city and the canal. Liked the money back for no housekeeping. This is an excellent thing to do - wish more hotels did this. Free laundry is also an excellent service. Good on you.

Located in great area with lots of cafes and restaurants close by There’s also ease of access (short walk) via uOttawa light rail station which links in minutes to the Ottawa ViaRail train station The impressive Natural History Museum is also a few minutes walk away

Breakfast was excellent. The Management was very generous in serving different varieties of breakfast food. Thank you. Location was great. We were able to just walk from the hotel to Parliament Hill, our main purpose in visiting Ottawa. Room was very spacious and clean. The lady front desk was super helpful and booked our free Senate and House of Common tours. Our apology to her for not remembering her name.

The breakfast area leaves a bit to be desired. The tables were not being wiped clean after every use. There were two employees there however they weren’t really wiping down the tables. I saw the guy there actually pass by a dirty table, pick up a leftover piece of food on the table, and then just as quickly drop it on the floor.

The breakfast options were great- lots of protein choices! I enjoyed that there were parking options (indoor or outdoor), plus the location is well-placed in that you’re a stone’s throw away from restaurants.

Excellent, friendly service, I was able to check in early and on site parking was very convenient for small additional fee. The location is perfect for walking to many attractions. The hotel is a little outdated, but the rooms are very spacious and clean. I did not have time to check out the gym or breakfast.

It was a little loud because of the surrounding nightlife, but having the AC on covers the noise.

The location was ideal for exploring downtown! The room was spacious and spotless. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was excellent!
