The view sucked maybe some screening and plants would hide the ugly building.

Near 2 bars. Beds comfortable. Clean.

Some little things in disrepair in room 225. The air conditioning unit wasn’t turned on prior to our arrival and it was unbearably hot for a while especially because the buttons to control the temperature up or down were missing…broken off. We used a pen to reach in to turn down the air temperature. Also, there is no holder for the toilet paper roll. It lives on the back of the toilet. Never seen that before in a hotel.

Very noisy at night and early morning as located close to hiway and stop lights. Very noisy early in morning due to work crews that staying there went out and let their doors slam, shaking the whole building.

The hotel definitely needs updated. Everything was a bit older and in needs of repairs. Some of the moulding on the wall was falling off and I found some garbage from a previous guest.

The continental breakfast was nice, it was a coupon for Tim Hortons. The heated pool and sauna were nice to relax in the evenings. Lots of stuff within walking distance, so lots of keep you busy.

needs some outside lighting. we walked across the street to a restaurant and the stairways and walkways have NO lightitng -- dangerous in any conditions- worse in the icy conditions of this week.

Just passing through on a road trip and the location and facility was fine. Nothing exceptional but fine

Being called 1 day prior to say they would be charging $12 per day for a crib. Room was paid for in full 1 over a week prior, the crib requested was made at the same time. Booked 3 rooms for 3 days each. The day before checkin, they called and said they don't allow locals to stay in their hotel. Wanted to know why I booked rooms. Said it was due to a funeral. At check-in, the employee stated management made an exception to the local bookings rule due to the purpose of the booking. Just because I have a local address, I can't stay in a local hotel? Why do they think it's ok to discriminate against locals. They think they were doing me a favor because it was for a funeral. If I had said it was just because would they have canceled my booking? It is also February, not peak season. You would think they would be happy to have the bookings.

Initially, the bathroom in our room didn't have a plug in in (I guess due to some renovations) which they fixed the next day. The TV never worked in the first room we were given. We were offered to move to a different room which was not really our first choice because of the hassle of packing everything up to move. We asked if we could move to a ground floor and were told that it would cost more so we declined. I can't understand why they just didn't put another TV in our room but that wasn't suggested. We asked for a lower rate because of the TV situation which they wouldn't do. A word to the wise if you book through booking.com and then you're stay gets extended it might be best to extend the stay with booking.com as the hotels price for extending was 40 dollars more each night than booking.com - I really don't understand that either. On our third day they offered to move us to a ground floor for no extra money - WHY they didn't do that to start with I have no idea. The room they moved us to was great - two king beds a nice kitchenette etc. but that was on our last night, so it didn't make a lot of difference but the room 107 was great! I have no real criticism of the hotel and the rooms I just wish the whole thing had been handled differently.

We initially booked one night that was extended to three nights. The room was warm, clean and the beds were comfortable. The coffee maker was great and for the most part the rooms are large and very nice, the Tim Hortons coupon for breakfast was okay but the line up at Timmies was crazy not the hotel's fault. The onsite restaurant was okay, Japanese but not the best I've ever had that that's for sure. I wished they served some Western food too for more choices with families travelling. Again, not the hotel's fault.

Travelers should be warned ...NO ELEVATOR ...two long flights of steep stairs to reach upper floor. As I have difficulty walking ..I am 84 ...the stairs were a nightmare and I had to pay more to be placed on ground floor. The bed was exceptionally high in ground floor room and my partner had to assist me to get on to the bed

Clean spacious room but had to change as it was on upper floor with two flights of steep stairs which were impossible for me to do without excessive knee pain ... New room was good on ground floor

We were placed next-door to a working crew. They came home every day between four and six and partied hard until 10 PM. They always left the latch outside their door so that it didn’t lock, but slammed loudly every three seconds as someone came in and out.

We’ve stayed many times before so we new it would be quiet and comfortable, normally it is, however, on this one occasion it was not. Unfortunately, there was nothing that the staff could do.

There was not 24hr staff and no one told me there was a drop box for early morning departure and that the deposit wasn't put back on my card when I checked out it was voided instead. There were people outside screaming in the middle of the night.

Breakfast for us was a bit of a chore. They gave us vouchers for Tim Hortons nearly 4 blocks away which would have been fine if we'd had a car, but we didn't. Luckily, the sun shone for our whole trip so we didn't mind. Our light would not switch off so we just unplugged it.

The bed's were very comfortable and the bedding and towels new and good quality. The room was very clean, a good size with 2 queen beds. Shower was hot and plenty of toiletries, tea and coffee on offer. A microwave and refrigerator if you needed it and a personal balcony to our room with table and chairs. A great motel type of accommodation, a little far out of the town if you don't have a car but still a reasonable location. 5 min walk back up from Molly 's so ok in the dry. Bus stops close by both ways but make sure you read the timetable at the stop, it's different than online. Fresh fruit & cookies on offer in reception which was a nice touch.
