You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaContinental breakfast seemed like it had been decent, but the the baked goods had pretty much run out by the time we arrived toward the end of the serving period; wish they had been replenished so we could have had more than one tiny muffin each.
Clean, comfortable, room with comfy bed and everything one needs: coffee, fridge, little table & two chairs. Friendly staff. We called ahead to warn of a late-night arrival and they arranged for us to get our keys quickly & easily.

CanadaThanks for the oatmeal and banana! I was missing my staple breakfast items from home. It was very nice hearing the owner's stories. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to ride our motorcycles to Fogo Island, but it was good to hear about the routes there.

CanadaWe been staying here for years when in Gander however we noticed it is not as clean as it use to be. The bathroom was main concern. The shower wall was dirty esp where the joins are. If you sit on the toilet and look at the tub/shower you could see a dark dirt when the tub enclosure joins. It was gross. Behind the door (again when sitting with door close) there was lots of dust and dirt behind the door and in the corners. There was only 1/4 roll of toilet tissue in the washroom. In the corner with the round table and two chairs was dirty. Carpet had not been vacuumed. The TV was very very tiny. You could not watch it from the bed, it was too small. (Smallest TV I ever seen in an hotel). The rooms are not private, you can hear conversations from the next rooms and at reception. We were in room #1 and it was first time I noticed how you can hear everything outside of your room. We always stayed in a room further down the hallway. Seem to be quieter down the hall. I booked and paid on line through Booking.com but the owner asked me twice how I was going to pay. I told him I paid already on line and I felt he had no idea how that was even possible. I had just came from a medical appointment and was not thinking straight. I totally forgot to show him my email confirmation. I went to the room feeling very uncomfortable. Was he trying to get me to pay twice? It was a strange feeling. This motel was always our first choice when staying in Gander but we have to reconsider that going forward. We did not like that it is getting run down, not being cleaned like it use to be and the Welcome feeling was not there. We felt the check in experience was very poor, trying to get us to pay twice.
Small, not a lot of people around. I was in town for a medical appointment and with Covid Season, I did not want to be around a lot of people.

CanadaThe room was a touch drab. Wall color was nondescript light brown, carpet same but darker. Furniture dated and showing a chip here and there but perfectly acceptable. Basically the place shows its age but I've paid a lot more for a lot less.
The place was very quiet, slept really well. Bed was firm and linen fresh. Bath area clean and had been renovated at some point. The area is lightly forested and has pleasant views. Getting three km off the highway was well worth it!
