Lovely room and delicious breakfast

Our top floor room was cramped & tiny -- but the bed & bath were new & there were severa antique furnished lounges to hang out in.

Beautiful historic mansion, close to downtown & a lovely waterfront park. We felt we were part of the city's past! Nice buffet breakfast. The owners are working constantly to make the place welcoming & comfortable, with lots of new amenities.

Breakfast was simple but very fresh and satisfying with several good choices. A charming place with lots of character. The location is perfect for long walks on the waterfront and for exploring the historic district and downtown. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The hosts are warm and accommodating. Very pleasant experience.

The only item is I am chemical sensitive and the strong scents of chemical laundry soap was overwhelming. It made it very difficult to sleep, and use the towels/face cloths. I went out and bought sheets & towels to get me through the stay. I wish it wasn't like that as that would be the only place I would stay when going to PEI. Everything else is so wonderful.

Breakfast. While there was certainly enough to eat, it reminded us more of hotel/motel breakfasts.

Location is within walking distance to town which made it nice for us since we wanted to go the Victorian market and to the stores. Also, restaurants were within walking distance.

There is no table or coffee maker inside the room. Just you need to go main floor.

My husband and I really enjoyed spending time in this Inn. It was very clean , traditional style hotel with was decorated with many charming paintings and old decorations. The staff was friendly and the Inn was so close to the ocean and with a view to it.

Best location. Staff great. Cookies 24/7. Comfy porch with blankets (we were there in October) so we could sit outside early evening and enjoy the fall breeze, great cooked breakfast

There are some stairs to get to the the rooms, so be mindful of you have heavy luggages.

Amazing cottage with excellent location. Within walking distance to all attractions. Beautifully maintained preserving the old school charm. Hosts were phenomenal, warm and welcoming. One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

Perfect location. Warm delicious cookies 24/7. Great front porch to sit out on…with blankets provided for chilly windy evenings. Perfect for that quiet end of da6 glass of wine and cheese party. Breakfast great

The breakfasts could have had so e choices and variety..always an egg dish for three days. Too many stairs!!! Not for those with mobility issues!

If we had to complain about one thing, it would have to be the shower stall in the bathroom. It's very tiny. We had a hard time moving around in the stall but we made do. We also understood that the shower stall was probably tiny because of the layout/structure of the house.

This is a very cute and cozy bed and breakfast. Beautiful location and it's right by the water. The staff and fellow occupants were extremely kind. We slept really well here. Our room and bathroom were clean, neat and tidy, and comfortable.
