Would be nice to have 2 people on the front desk at times. There was an issue with the reservation of the person in front of me and it took half an hour to get it resolved so that I could take my turn to check in. And I had checked in online. That didn't seem to speed things along at all. I have stayed at other hotels where if I check in online, they send a digital door code so that I can just arrive and go to my room without having to 'check in' with a person. This would be more efficient.

Had a nice meal in the lounge. Appreciated the early shuttle to the airport.

A better than adequate place to stay in a town without many other choices. Comfortable, decent bar and restaurant and helpful staff. Let's be honest, you don't come to Yellowknife to stay in your hotel room. It was a welcome bonus to have a nice one when we needed it.

Could do with another area in hotel, not in the reception. A room away from bedroom to talk, read, play games & With tea and coffee. Could do with a shop or more venting machine, so as not to have to go outside (very cold) to purchase items.

Restaurant was very nice, because view, pleasant staff, lovely food and fire pit. The bar was lovely too, staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely fireplace and comfortable seating areas.

On my floor I counted a dozen room service trays left abandoned in the corridor outside rooms. The hotel doesn't appear to have enough staff to collect trays once finished. It really brought the hotel down and leaving empty trays around could attract rodents.

The room was well furnished and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bar and restaurant were nice. The wifi worked well and the staff were friendly.

There were a lot of guests smoking right outside the front door, they would walk in and get in the elevator stinking of smoke - even with my mask on, the smell was overpowering.

For 2 of the 8 nights there was a lot of noise from an adjacent room interrupting our sleep. The front desk staff were not very friendly.

Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room service prices and food portions were good value

The mattress sags a bit and too soft.

Nice hotel and good facilities. Good airport shuttle. Otherwise excellent stay despite during vicious lockdown. I requested high floor with a nice view to the North and they honoured it.

The outdoors seems a little shabby and uncared for. And the parking lot is awful for space. I did not like how the driveway drove up and how you weren’t able to tell if the upper lot was full

The facilities are starting to deteriorate. The comfortless of the bed, pillows etc.. is not worth the value of money paid anymore. Most of all, the cleanliness is not at par. The carpets are dilapidated, smelly. Feels like the rooms are quickly cleaned.

Room was tired, bathroom was dated and given the price it did not represent value for money. Whilst it is the nicest hotel in Yellowknife, it would be the worst in any other town.

I couldn't get hooked up to the wifi. I tried 2 different laptops and my phone. The wifi connection in that room may be precarious.

They put me on the top floor away from the elevators as I requested. The bed was very comfortable. The clerks were very lovely to me.
