We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWould be nice to have 2 people on the front desk at times. There was an issue with the reservation of the person in front of me and it took half an hour to get it resolved so that I could take my turn to check in. And I had checked in online. That didn't seem to speed things along at all. I have stayed at other hotels where if I check in online, they send a digital door code so that I can just arrive and go to my room without having to 'check in' with a person. This would be more efficient.
Had a nice meal in the lounge. Appreciated the early shuttle to the airport.

United KingdomCould do with another area in hotel, not in the reception. A room away from bedroom to talk, read, play games & With tea and coffee. Could do with a shop or more venting machine, so as not to have to go outside (very cold) to purchase items.
Restaurant was very nice, because view, pleasant staff, lovely food and fire pit. The bar was lovely too, staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely fireplace and comfortable seating areas.

AustraliaOn my floor I counted a dozen room service trays left abandoned in the corridor outside rooms. The hotel doesn't appear to have enough staff to collect trays once finished. It really brought the hotel down and leaving empty trays around could attract rodents.
The room was well furnished and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bar and restaurant were nice. The wifi worked well and the staff were friendly.

CanadaI couldn't get hooked up to the wifi. I tried 2 different laptops and my phone. The wifi connection in that room may be precarious.
They put me on the top floor away from the elevators as I requested. The bed was very comfortable. The clerks were very lovely to me.
