Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI'm not sure if the issue was the mattress was too soft for me, or if it was because I'm recovering from a minor injury but I was not comfortable in the bed. I would also have appreciated a mini-fridge in the room. Overall though, it was a lovely stay and I would return.
Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel itself has beautiful decor and a sense of history. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities. Wonderful location, close to sights of Winnipeg. Delicious food and charming atmosphere at the Oval Restaurant, fabulous experience at the Hamam Spa.
