On arrival, there were no signs for 'Recrption'. The actual entry was hidded from view by trees. Coffee was provided, but no milk , only an artificial 'creamer'.. This is not acceptable in an upscale hotel.

No latch on door, I like the extra safety. No alarm clock. I need an alarm clock. No elevator. Food is expensive.

Breakfast was great. Very tasty. Room great size. Lighting is great in room. Very comfy beds. Super clean and fresh smelling. Nice staff.

The fridge in our room was super noisy and it kept waking me up every time it came on. I would rather not have a fridge. Also, a lot of light coming in from the hallway. Room 110

Coffee tasted awful (maybe because of coffee machine in the room), no elevator for the second floor, a table on the balcony would be a nice touch, beds a bit narrow, indoor pool smaller then on the photos and water was cold.

The bathroom fan was dirty, and the only hook to hang the towels was very loose. I would suggest they put more shelves or holders to hang towels or put on shelves the personal items ( sink was big but not enough room around it). Heater was very noisy and need a bit if cleaning as well. Overall, the room was ok.

We visited the swimming pool when we arrived the first day, to take a look, it was already late. The next day, we went around 9:30 am and it wasn't looking cleaned since last night when we took a look, there is water on the floor and hair in the shower, still the same next day when we went. Also a little bit of dirt inside the pool itself.

Everything was good, the room was clean, the bed really comfortable. The parking was close to the reception. I found the stuff nice and smiling, willing to help and to offer a good experience. We are considering to come back if there is an interesting offer.

The biggest complaint that I have is that ALL the pillows in our room 105 were lumpy and actually the lumps were even separating within the pillow itself - I did not have a good sleep We felt that the prices in the restaurant were quite high

We went mid September and the weather was not the greatest, the pool was inaccessible and looked dirty and not maintained at all from our room’s balcony view. Our balcony was also not clean at all, had spider webs with dead flies/ mosquitoes in them (we barely went because of that). On top of that, there was only 2 very miserable looking chairs to sit down on, if we really wanted to sit outside and breathe!

Decent property, nice parking lot. Nice spacious room, toilet was also very conveniently big enough.
