People were sooo friendly and helpful...we loved it

We were there for 4 days and housekeeping didn't service our room even once. After the 2nd night we asked to have room cleaned and we were only left a pile of clean towels ...not even the used towels were removed, garbages were overflowing, etc...very disappointing 👎

We absolutely loved everything about the resort itself, including Gustav's restaurant, and were very impressed by the friendliness of every single staff member. If not for the housekeeping situation, we would rate this place 4/4 across the board.

Be sides the pool, their weren't to many activities for kids, no safe box in the room, mini bar was empty. Breakfast wasn't included which was great If it was. And the most important thing is check in is so late as we lost half of our staying.

It's good for families, safe, clean and staff are so friendly.

My only comment would be the instant coffee that is offered in the room is disappointing.

Super comfy beds, great indoor and outdoor pools, very good restaurant onsite. Plenty of parking, close enough but also far enough from the downtown core - I highly recommend it.

Not a massive hindering however my spouse does have some mobility issues and I believe when booking or confirming our reservation we were not at least felt like we were directly informed that our booked room on the 2nd floor was not elevator accessible. We managed but it was simply something of note as we would very much recommend the facility. The beds were nice however I rated it only a "good" because it happened to be too stiff for our liking but that is very subjective.

The room was modern, well maintained and clean and felt comfortable. The pool wasn't overly busy even on the holiday weekend, we were able to find seats. We throughly enjoyed the chophouse restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Great food and service in that spot.

The rooms do not have great sound blocking and some nose can be heard from nearby rooms and the hallway.

Lovely location, just outside the busy area of Collingwood. The property is beautifully scenic.

Pool facilities was not taken care of properly. Very dirty and a scum was developing along side of the walls where the water level sits. This says a lot as you would have to wipe down the walls regularly to avoid this build up. Hot Tub was not working and under maintenance. There idea of safety was to put tape over top so nobody falls in. Kids don’t have boundaries and could fall in. Its 3 ft deep and concrete. other then that not bad for $250+tax

It’s a nice looking place. Rooms are generous and allow a family of five to move freely and enjoy. Breakfast in the morning is great and offers a variety for everyone.

The only complaint is that the "sleep" itself was a bit uncomfortable. The bed was a bit tired and could use a new box spring or something of the sort.

Perfect ground floor walk out room to pool area. Travelled with young kids and had a playground as well. Hotel felt safe and not too busy. Also, thought it was great there was a BBQ you could rent to save money. Also, had microwave in the room as well as decent fridge; utilized both.

We had a very nice room with a King Size bed and a TV that felt like we were in a theatre. The balcony was an added bonus which over looked a very nice outdoor pool. reminded me a bit on a Florida getaway. Trees, encompassing the pool. Towels available at the front desk. Very clean and above expectations. "Butler" was very welcoming at check in.
