Staff extremely unhelpful, they don't answer messages sent via booking (to clarify - they didn't answer my first one sent 24 hours before check in, only the reminder I sent the next day only to say 'please call the hotel'. Not helpful. When I asked the check in person at reception why they didn't answer my message all he had to say was 'it's not my fault but my colleagues' and ignored the whole issue altogether. Check your reservation a couple of days before the cancellation policy expires - three days before my booking the price for the same room was dropped 50%.

Nice and clean and once inside you forget the surroundings.

Beautiful quiet location. Hotel was boutique in feeling. Spa onsite. Bed was luxurious. Mini fridge and coffee in room. Parking was easy. Friendly staff.

the room we booked was very small but cozy. there was a celebrating party in the banquet hall in the hotel, so the noise was very loud until 10 pm. so, we recommend you to double check whether there will be a party before you do booking.

the price is very resonable, and the parking is for free.

The Hotel Needs to have Vending Machines and the Restaurant needs to be open a bit later… last orders at 8pm is too early…

The bed was overly large for the room, to the point that getting to parts of the room was hazardous. We were unable to stream programs from our laptop to the television. It would have been nice if there had been a microwave oven available in the room, or near to the room. The little refrigerator was useful.

No elevator! Our room was on the second floor and it was a narrow tight staircase to carry our luggage up. Also I wouldn’t say the hotel was very disabled friendly even wheeling a suitcase around was difficult over all the surface changes. Finally the check in staff were not very helpful would not open doors for us even tho they were watching us struggle with luggage.

Breakfast should have been included in the price of the room. An extra chair to sit down in should have been provided. If I was any shorter, I would have need a step ladder to get into bed.

The cleaning service was very bad . The fist time they changed just the sheets and towels. The floor were left unswept and bathrooms floor was dirty. The second time we asked for the service room , no one came to do it. They were no shampoo. The internet was down.

The location was in a good neighborhood and the classy atmosphere. I loved it.

Because we booked through booking.com they required a photocopy of our ID, and were insistent on chip/pin for all payments. I guess they have had bad luck with scams here. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am and immediately used her key to open the door. She didn't announce herself, but once she had moved to the next door we could hear her say "housekeeping" when she knocked. I think we were the only people staying in the whole place, so why she knocked on our door first - and SO early - is beyond me. When I mentioned it to the front desk she looked dazed and confused. There's nothing to do here.

Room quality is lovely, newly renovated room. We went for dinner and it was tasty, service was great.

We booked a "junior suite", and when we arrived we were shown to a very, very small room with a bed, no chair, no desk. We had to ask for a room that looked more like a small suite. We asked for early check in, and although the Inn was not crowded, we had to wait quite a while for early check in. It's not really possible to purchase a breakfast, yet. Or it wasn't mid-week. There was no coffee maker in the room, or coffee in the lobby, but thanks to staff who generously brought us a coffee and muffin!

The Inn is very pretty, and the room we ended up with was charming. The location is nice and quiet and a good place for taking a nice walk.

I would have liked a desk in the room to work at and the fan in the bathroom did not work and two chairs would have been better. There was a coffee maker and mugs but no coffee.

The original room 106 we were in had a TV not working so they moved us to another room 206. That room, while also nice had the headboard; which had been broken and detached from the wall. There was a wedding which took over the common areas so being able to sit outdoors and enjoy a glass of wine was a little awkward. Overall since I last stayed the Inn has certainly lost its charm, the table in the room 206 had a glass which did not fit and the overall maintenance has clearly been cut back. Overall we enjoyed the room and would likely return.

The Inn itself. I lived on South Millway when the Inn was vacant and watched it be restored. The Front Desk person was extremely attentive and helpful.

The place is dated in a way that makes it feel a little too dingy for its price. The sheets are worn holey, lamp base broken, TV tiny and difficult to operate, the yellowed phone is from sometime around 1990. The AC was not functioning well, but we did not mention it. The washroom was 2 steps from the bed, which was not my favourite aspect, but would be fine for a person staying solo. The particular room we stayed in was directly beside the fire door which leads to the main foyer. Everytime the door was used, the slam was enough to wake us. The footsteps around us (the hall) make us a little uneasy, as it always sounded like someone was approaching our room (they were not). I did not notice any night-lock feature on the inside door which I did expect in such a place. It really is an ok, safe place to stay, but I feel like some small improvements and updates would have people wishing to return.

We enjoyed the home-like atmosphere. The location is not overly large or too small.. it is comfortable; but the rooms itself was small. The parking lot had plenty of space. Checking in and out what a breeze and the people at the front were friendly.
