My partner couldn't check in and get into the hotel until I was there even though he had the confirmation number and pin code. The front desk lady was very rude. Blankets were very, very thin. Only 2 towels in the room.

Check in was 4pm. I received a notification on my phone that my card to hold reservation was charged for full nights stay at 8pm Then received a phone call asking if we were still coming. This is.the first time I ever had that happened. I even been in Vancouver and checked in close to midnight and never gpr charged.. not impressed. No coffee makers in the room. You have to go downstairs to reception foe coffee. Parking layout.. Basically wherever they can fill space for parking lanes. I do not think I'll be back.

Not enough staff, front desk often had no attendant for long periods. Check in was not available until one hour longer than published. Grab and go breakfast was a single juice box and a granola bar.

What they call “breakfast” is a joke - yogurt, juice box and a grain bar in a paper bag. Coffee only in the lobby during “breakfast” hours. They’d be getting better reviews if they called it a “complementary snack”. People expect an actual breakfast.

As per other reviews the staff weren't overly friendly and breakfast isn't breakfast it's a bag with juice, yogurt and cereal bar but we were prepared for this as we had seen other reviews so if you can look past that it's a clean and comfy stop for one night!

Rooms were very good size. Bed was big and super comfy. The room was really clean!

Heavier road noise starting from approx 05:30am. But you expect that given the location and we were away early anyway. Contents of breakfast bag could be more plentiful... A warm yoghurt and broken cereal bar aren't great.

Easy to get to from the highway. Locates just 5 mins drive from downtown and large supermarket. Fuel stations very close. Room was huge and clean. Bathroom nice, good shower. Downtown Kamloops is a nice place with plenty of eateries to choose from. Good spot for a single night while travelling from Vanvouver to the Rockys. Breakfast bag* and coffee ready to go first thing from reception

Our initial check in was a disappointment. My wife and I had a long drive from Vancouver and checked in shortly after 4pm. The lady at the desk made little effort to welcome our arrival and just asked for our booking details, asked me to sign my initials on a form she presented, informed us that we had to pay an additional $150 as a security fee.My Visa card was rejected,even though I had just used it at the Shell gas station.My wife paid the fee with her Visa card and was told the $150 transaction would be deleted after our stay was completed. We then went to our room wondering if we had made a mistake in our Hotel selection. The included "Breakfast" was another disappointment.

Location was good for us, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The lady at the front desk was not pleasant , when we arrived she was helping a customer and was not being helpful at all to what he was asking , we then checked in and she was acting like she was annoyed and just seemed like she would rather be anywhere else then where she was . Made it seem like anyone that she assisted was irritating her . The man we checked out with in the morning with was very pleasant which was a nice change.

Staff were not very friendly. When I reserved it said on booking that we could check in at 15.00 and when we got there they said it was 16.00, in the end they accepted 15.30. Breakfast far too basic with no hot option, but acceptable. Gym wasn't available as it was being renovated we were told.

Receptionist was very dry and rude. Only one person worked at the hotel. They didn’t have room service we had to go down to front desk to pick up extra pillow. Breakfast was a rip off.

The Breakfast included is a joke. I paid extra for this hotel because breakfast was included in the price but it turned out to be a paper bag with granola bar, fruit yogurt and a juice box to be picked up from front desk. They don’t even have coffee in the room only at front desk. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were given a room on the 6th floor knowing we had kids. Got a call from reception due to a noise complaint from the room below. It was pretty stressful having to hold down my autistic 3 year old on the bed since his steps were disturbing the guest below us. We were stressed out from the long drive from Alberta and still could not relax and be free in our room. We suggest they give families with kids lower floors so they can at least enjoy their stay. Also, there was no one at the reception during check-in, had to wait a little while, and was about calling the hotel when someone came out of the elevator and had no apogies for the wait. There was no real breakfast as it was a granola bar, yogurt, and juice in a brown paper bag.

The location is great. The room was spacious and neat.

The breakfast was a paper bag with a granola bar, warm yogurt and juice box. Unfortunately there's no coffee in the room but it was available next to your snack bag in the lobby. Also there isn't a hair dryer in the room, so be prepared to go to the front desk.

The room was clean and larger than expected. The bed (and pillows) were comfortable. Good shower. Free parking and WIFI. A good option for a one night stay when passing through....but know that you will need to go elsewhere for breakfast.
