We didn’t meet the owners or staff but as we arrived late and left early this was understandable.

A lovely heritage building home to a young family who moved to the area a few years ago. There are signs of a ‘boutique’ establishment in the making. They are clearly working hard on their refurbishments and new business with lots of personal touches that are both modern and in keeping with the bones of the home. Very clean and the ‘snack basket’ in the room worked alongside the coffee facilities and fridge. Breakfast is not provided but within 5 minutes walk there are many coffee shops etc.

Loved everything

Lovely restored historic inn, beautiful comfortable room, facilities modernized but kept consistent with historic style. Gracious, welcoming and informative hosts. Within a few blocks of Water Street, the downtown on the bay - with shops and restaurants overlooking the water. Town itself is charming with consistent colonial era architecture throughout. Neighborhoods are also lovely for walking including the lighthouse. Fabulous restaurants and cafes.

The location was excellent. Quiet neighbourhood but easy walk to restaurants and shops. I liked all the little extras the hosts provided such as snacks in the room. They also lent us one of their bikes to use.

The charm and character of this period home. The location is excellent bring just a short walk from the centre of St Andrews.

The location was excellent, the proprietors were very friendly and very helpful with wonderful suggestions of what to see in the area. I’ve been on the road for seven months and this is the best accommodation by far. Do not miss this lovely area and delightful innkeepers.

Loved the bnb. Very clean. Great location - can walk everywhere. Hosts were incredibly nice. Checkin was easy. Beautiful home and grounds - including the deer on the lawn! Would definitely return. Thank you!

Great location in the middle of town. Zainub was an excellent host (we did not meet Ben). She was available if needed but left us to enjoy ourselves. We had a big room and with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. This is a very nice place to stay in St. Andrews.

Very clean and comfortable. Host was there on arrival to settle us in. Beautiful home with lots of character. The room was very comfy and the location was a quick walk to the main attractions. Quiet location. We felt very at home.

The room is on the 2nd floor with a fairly steep staircase that maybe difficult for some.

centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, sights and shops. The room is spacious and quiet. The wireless phone chargers are a nice touch and the wifi is excellent.
