The bed is quite small for the size/quality of the hotel and made a lot of noise when you moved! We also smelt gas from the fire and the staff did take our concerns seriously but in the end we just decided to have the gas supply turned off for safety.

Could have done with a kettle !

I had a loft suite which was great for 2 people and very spacious when staying for 10 days. Everything you needed to self cater except a kettle !

Love the village style and mountain is the best in North America when the snow is falling. The new Fitzgerald chair was nice to avoid the line at whistler gondola. Even with bad snow conditions the mountain still had very good ski areas and was very well maintained.

We couldn't seem to find sheets that fit the pull out sofa bed, only for the convertible seating area bed which we didn't use.

Centrally located and very close to the main ski lift (near Longhorn). The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the in room sauna in the loft room was awesome. The size of the loft room (for 3 people) was perfect as well.

So close to the lifts. Like the lockers for skis downstairs. Love the mattress at the dinette for an extra sleeping spot. Every bed is comfy. Lots of pillows and blankets.

Hefty damage deposit. Kitchen came with everything except some cooking oil which we had to buy, seems weird for a short stay. Everything else like pepper and salt was provided. The noise is a problem as the hotel isn’t well insulated. There was noise from traffic outside as well as noisy neighbours.

The room had everything we needed and was super comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Our toilet did clog as the amenities do appear slightly dated but the maintenance staff resolved it immediately.

Great customer service from hotel manager Caitlin. There were some misunderstanding initially caused by booking website, she proactively called me personally to address the issue. It is above and beyond my usual expectation.

Our room was facing the Main Street at the back so we found it fairly noisy but manageable.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the ski lift and lots of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The property is a little dated (though if you are skiing who cares?) the parking is also a little expensive though it is in line with other places nearby.

The staff were really helpful - location is great for lifts.

We were informed the morning of travel that the pool and hot tub areas were closed. Not a big deal, but it came up rather last minute. The rooms are dated, especially the bathrooms, but again, not a big deal for us. We had an end unit which was nice as we only had one noisy next door neighbour instead of 2. Potential to be very noisy if located in a middle suite and the hotel is fully occupied.

Location of the property is fantastic. Convenient walking distance to both sides of the village, upper village and trails. Front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The loft suite was very comfortable. Fireplace was awesome! Suite had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen. We were very happy for the price we paid.

the lodge is amazing. You have your own sauna, nice view of the mountain, you are inside the village which is amazing plus the staff were really amazing and prompt in answering queries. Place maybe a little outdated but, who cares it's more than what we expect.
