My sister and I were in a 4 guest room with two strangers. It would have been nice to have lockers or a safe to safely keep our valuables while we were out. Another nice addition would be to have privacy curtains on the bunks. The door to the bathroom didn’t lock.

The location was great. Perfect to walk around town.

No lockers in the room, the bathroom is so difficult to put things on, very small and always wet outside shower room under curtain wet to the toilet area. No blackout curtain beside my bunkbed, light comes thru the room even at night. Provided not enough warm blanket, very thin. And if I didn’t have data, I couldn’t know the code to come in the hostel. Thank god I had in some place to check my email which I asked before hands when I had data at my home, asked in advance but still sent me gate & door codes the day I got in. I could have been locked out all night.

Mattress is good, no bed bugs or bugs in the room. The location isn’t too far from tourist spot or everything. Lots of nice restaurants and transportation nearby.

It was quite hot in the room, not unbearable but still slightly uncomfortable. Beds were also noisy they would squeak when you moved even a little, but that's more of a minor thing.

Good location, right near a lot of food places including right beside a 24 hour A&W. Cheap for the location. Easy check in and check out, no need to meet staff in person.

The mattress was very thin so it wasn't the most comfortable for sleeping.

The room was very clean, it had a small fridge that we weren't expecting, so that was nice. Also the AC worked very well. The entrance with code system was very useful to allow us to get in and now without bothering anyone. The location was very good, close to bus stops, metro and also next to several stores for eating and buying supplies. The internet connection was great and the water heating worked everytime.

Owner / manager was initially extremely rude and not welcoming.. obviously doesn't care about customer service. Bed was uncomfortable and squeaky and pillows were are thin as paper towel.

Location is excellent. Private room is good enough for couples on a budget.

The process of check-in is a bit confusing and I didn't receive my passcode until that morning. And the opening hour is from 10am to 10pm. If you arrive early then you cannot go in. And the luggage storage is limited. After check-out, I would like to store my luggage there, which I have asked whether they provide this service. And I was informed that day that I was required to take back my luggage before 5pm cuz there will be other luggage coming and no place for mine. Tho I understand the difficulty of the host but it still causes me some inconveniences.

The location is nice and near to toronto downtown. The host is nice and willing to help. As this price, I think the comfortability is acceptable. If you are going for sleeping but not for a rest, I think it's a cheap choice.

When I entered the main door on the stairs I must say I was a bit scared. When I got into the room (7pm) my bed wasn’t made, I got out for dinner and came back at around 9pm and it was all nice and made, which was weird. The room gets extremely hot during the night, but we could open the window. Bring your own towels and body wash!

The price was very good for Toronto and the position as well. The host provided hairdryer which is always nice. It was nice overall, I just think somethings can be improved.

City centre noises, though expected. Quite hot and no temperature control. Building door was difficult to open/close and had vomit when leaving. Uploading of personal documents was required, but not explained on website. Staff will delete information, after use, only on request.

Central location. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Good standard for a private room in a hostel. Fairly well equipped with an interesting bathroom/wet-room Staff were accommodating. Designed for younger travellers.

The bunk beds are very very creaky, it's a bit uncomfortable when you have to climb on the top bed late at night

The place is clean and very close to good landmarks in Toronto, very close to the college neighborhood so a lot of stuff to do during the weekends at night. Check-in and check-out are very simple and clear.

We came to the hotel at 2 pm to leave our bags . My girlfriend needed the toilet and there is no toilet outside the room . And we had to pay 25$ to get to the room one hour earlier. We paid but didn’t receive any check .
