The kitchen facilities are a bit outdated.

The hotel has its own car park, and it is at a very convenient location to Metro and within walking distance to many tourist spots.

It is not about the property but about the breakfast the property offers. When I booked the hotel by Booking, I chose Lincoln Hotel specifically because the breakfast was included for the three of us. However, two weeks before our trip, the hotel sent me an email saying that they were not offering the breakfast service anymore and that they would refund me $15 Canadian Dollars per night or I could cancel the hotel without paying anything. This was disappointing for three reasons: 1) I booked the hotel more than a month in advance for it to be cheaper than booking it the last week before traveling. 2) We were three people, so $15 did not afford breakfast for us in a cafeteria. 3) The hotel was not responsible for my refund, but Booking and I have not heard from Booking so far.

The room was big enough for three people. The beds were comfortable and everything was cleaned.

We had to pay for an upgrade and switch rooms because the pull-out bed in the living room was very uncomfortable for our kids. Regular bed mattresses were very comfortable. They were supposed to include breakfast, but they changed their policy a few weeks before we arrived. We were informed in advance by email. They gave us $15 per day credit, which didn't really make up for the cost and expectation. However, the kitchenette in our unit was very well appointed, and a very nice grocery store was just an 8 minute walk. Overall, I would stay again because the price was very good for the quality of the accommodations and it was very clean.

Staff corrected issues and helped answer questions very efficiently and were friendly and helpful.

The hotel stopped serving breakfast half way through our stay, but they refunded a portion of the nightly cost. No harm, no foul.

The location was accessible to drive anywhere or walk around. I did use the hotel parking garage.

Some of the furnishings in our unit were very worn or broken down, tv and coffee maker. We also had a very slowly draining sink in the bathroom. Fortunately the staff were excellent and got everything fixed ASAP upon our request each time.

The 200 Cad deposit hold on your cc is kind of unnecessary. Releasing hold on checkout takes time to show on your cc statement. It's frustrating. Never experienced this deposit hold anywhere else in the world. Some staff members can be more warm & welcoming specially the ones in the breakfast area. Room cleaning has room for improvement. It's not remarkable. I had breakfast included in my entire stay, but after the 5th day, the hotel suddenly decided there was no more breakfast. In the last 3 days, there was no breakfast. (I wasn't informed about this prior to my arrival)

The location is great. 4 minutes walk from Atwater metro. 5 minutes from the iga grocery store. Felt safe. All staff is efficient and responds quickly. Comfortable beds. The room view was nice. A small kitchen was useful.

The breakfast service needs to improve as when we reached 9:00AM for breakfast most of the things were over there were no plates to eat and the place was all messy.

Accessible for places in and around Montreal. The location is perfect and basement parking gives you added advantage.

The parking garage had low ceilings & was tricky to navigate. There is a $200 security deposit so the room cost is more.

Full-sized or big SUVs may not fit in the underground parking. Cleanliness is not top-notch, I have to mention having the windows cleaned especially the window railings specifically.

Customer service was outstanding, I have to give a shoutout to Ziyad for assisting us. Overall wife and I we're satisfied with our stay. It was very convenient to get in and out of the parking lot underground.
