There was no cushions on the couch. The freezer door had been left opened and ice had went funny So I had to empty the tray and and make more No big deal

Great location close to waterfront parks, craft breweries, and entertainment venues in the Cultural District. Great heated pool and hot tubs with an exceptional view of the lake and mountains. Well equipped rooms with ensuite laundry.

The only minor complaints were 1)the lack of space and luggage racks in the bedrooms for luggage and 2) the lack of hooks in the bathroom for towels and bathrobes. Minor irritations.

Great location on the beach! Beautiful view. Enjoyed the complimentary bicycles. The apartment was well appointed and equipped. Great rooftop pool.

We the had an extension cord on our deck across one of the chairs going to the boat that cleans the lagoon. In the morning they were pressure washing the windows & told us to stay off our deck because we would get wet & it was very noisy

located in the most gorgeous scenery spot in Kelowna, with all the facilities that needed in very clean condition. I can't even point out a weakness. And you will never miss the warming pool on the top of the hotel.

Parking garage was a little tight … door dented Wifi sucked on the smart TVs

Best hotel I’ve have stayed … room was perfect … paths all over with mountains all around …couldn’t have a better location and view… pool and hot tubs on the roof were amazing … they had bikes for guests to use (saved tons of money in rentals) and it was attached to the casino!!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE

My room was fairly close to some loud music next door. This is nitpicking because it shut down at a reasonable time and I didn’t lose even a minute of sleep.

Great location by the lake and in a fun part of town. I have never stayed in a nicer hotel. The room was beautiful and included a view. The pool was perfect for taking in views of the lake and relaxing.

Parking charge was expensive. Extremely hard to find, even with a GPS. Bill very confusing to work out what you actually were charged.

Room was amazing, really spacious and comfortable. Had all the amenities you would need, including full kitchen with a fridge that made ice, and a washing machine and dryer. Great location with great facilities. Friendly staff.

spa bath broken and roof top indoor hot tub poor experience and excessive dust in suite creating nasal congestion. We couldn't use the spa bath as the jet motors were making an extremely loud noise when turned on, that sounded like the motors were breaking. The in door hot tubs are located under a sky light and they keep the room so hot in winter that the condensation build up creates extremely cold water to drip on you when in the hot tub. our suite temperature wasn't regulated at all smaller rooms were super hot while master bedroom was cold. woke up super congested from dust the first night, went and bought an air purifier for the second night and woke up just fine however I had to run the air purifier all day and all night. When we shared these experiences with the front desk we were told we would not be charged a certain fee yet we were still charged full price.

The hotel sign should be easier to see. We drove around looking for the hotel and only saw a big sign for the Delta. Then a wee sign for the Royal.

One thing I notice that is pretty much standard in most hotels is the bedding. There is a sheet, then a duvet, then another thin sheet over the duvet but none are connected. As a result I end up fighting with the sheets as they move, slip around during the night. Trying to align the three is not fun. Perhaps just the sheet and a duvet/cover combination. Also, an extra blanket might be nice if one wants the extra weight.

An elegant suite with all the amenities one would want for a relaxing stay. The location was good for an easy walk to downtown, pubs, restaurants etc. and the parking was appreciate so the car was clear of snow during the recent snowfall.

Pay parking is kind of silly considering the cost of the stay.
