Bathroom felt a little utilitarian.

Our newly renovated room was very comfortable, and furnishings felt plush. Liked the elegant white-grey colour mood board. Bed was nice and high and comfortable to sleep in. Coming from the bedroom, the bathroom felt a little utilitarian but was extremely clean and shower was strong enough. Service was lovely throughout from check in to the doormen who were always chirpy and friendly. Location is unbeatable for tourists, with the Robson strip just around the corner. Well priced for what we got.

I left on Sunday morning , at 7:00 am, to catch my flight, and not able to talk to receptionist. The offered free wifi was extremely slow. So I was not able to complete my work.

I have been requesting a quiet room to be able to study and rest. The noise from the traffic was very loud. I thought maybe the window panel is old. Anyway, I have discovered on my last day , that room 1501 had a window open and that’s why the traffic noise. The window panel was not in any form or shape in the state of being closed. And the reception told me upon checking in, that they give me a room in an area of the hotel that was recently renovated.

That the mini fridge in the room is stocked with expensive drinks and alcohol, would be nice to leave it empty and allow us to use it for personal use but staff made up for it by bringing me my own mini fridge to use! So appreciate it. Would’ve been nice to have a fitted sheet on the bed too instead of a top sheet. It kept getting tangled in the night and I wound up unknowingly sleeping on the bare mattress at one point 🤮 still very happy with my stay. Staff are so nice 😊

Great location. Room was clean, very happy with the “over and above” by staff in providing me a personal mini fridge to keep my water cold! Overall a great experience thank you!

The room was beautifully renovated and incredibly well priced for the ambience and location. Desk attendants were excellent. Concierge staff for bag storage was incredibly fast. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was great. View was also lovely.

This hotel is conveniently located to everything downtown and has really nice quiet rooms. Also loved the Nespresso machine for the morning. We happened to get an upgrade upon check-in which gave us a gorgeous city view. Can't say enough good things! And their staff are very friendly from the front door to the check-in!

Had to get used to the pillows, took a day or 2, the pool area should be cleaned a little more often(the floors) maybe a few more loungers/chairs in the pool area as well

Did not have the breakfast, the location was perfect, the beds were so comfortable, the hotel was beautiful, the steam rooms were excellent, staff was friendly and housekeeping quickly took care of our needs:)

The ventilation in the room was a bit noisy but that's the only thing that makes me rate the hotel Superb rather than Excellent.

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and they made me fell "at home" while travelling. I would recommend this hotel and would book here again.
