The breakfast was excellent, I haven't experienced that much selection at a hotel breakfast in a long time. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, I can tell they put a lot of time and love into the hotel. I really enjoyed the PEI decor in my room and shared spaces. It was in a nice location - close to everything downtown but not on a noisy street.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, sites, and waterfront boardwalk. Breakfast was more than I expected. A variety of fresh fruit, cereals, breads, muffins and they included boiled eggs.

Great location in the heart of PEI, a hidden gem of a place down Prince street, managed by the two amiable souls David and Helen, just seven minutes walk to most of the great restaurants and the waterfront. The house with a quaint garden, tastefully furnished rooms and lobby, beautiful Persian carpeted staircase and spotless kitchen on the upper floor supplied with a coffee machine, tasty cookies and chocolates. The room is comfortable, absolutely clean, with a closet comprising mirrored doors and everything you require for a pleasant stay. The place is absolutely quiet at all times. The interior decor is beautiful. Clear instructions are given by David regarding the entry and exit to the premises. He went out of his way to carry our big bag up to our room and also permitted us to check-in before 3.00 pm as our flight reached PEI by 12.00 noon. I absolutely loved the pastel colours of the walls and the pale lemon-green towels. It's a home away from home and we would definitely return for another holiday and most certainly recommend Prince Street Suites to all our friends. Thank you, David and Helen !!

Quiet, clean, helpful owners, good breakfast, close to everything downtown

The room was extremely cramped with no place to put our luggage. The parking area behind the property is small and not that convenient. Steep and narrow staircase to 2nd floor room is difficult to negotiate if one had heavy luggage.

Convenient location within walking distance to harbor, sites, shops and restaurants. Decent self service cold buffet breakfast with good variety. Coffee and tea available all day. Nice and spacious bathroom with thick towels.

Felt a bit like student accomodation - although Covid restrictions were lifted, they were still applied in this hotel, which meant the room was not cleaned at all during the stay and you had to ask for clean towels when you saw the owners, Dishes had to be rinsed and put in a dishwasher, not something we expected to have to do in a hotel. The jet bath did not work and breakfast was pretty basic.

The TV/set top box was malfunctioning. Luckily we didn't go to Charlottetown to watch TV.

There aren't enough parking spaces on site for the number of rooms, so generally somebody ends up parked on the street, but in Ch'town, street parking is pretty safe.

Location is very central. It's a bit near to an outdoor live music venue (in summer anyhow), but things quieted down by 9:30pm or so. Hosts were very nice. Breakfast wasn't very exciting but was fine.
