Only a tiny kitchenette area but it was fine for breakfast and coffee in the morning

We loved that we could go adventuring in the morning in the canoe, and relax in the afternoon in the hot tub.

beautiful historic-type home location on calm beach. host was so nice. the breakfasts were beautiful and delicious. it rained most of our stay but it didn’t matter as we still went hiking and then just relaxed on the sheltered patio.

Nothing, we wish we'd stayed longer.

All the amenities were great, loved the jacuzzi and kayaks. Fantastic location, very private, quiet. Adrian was very friendly and informative, we felt he genuinely wanted us to have a great visit.

A little far from any restaurants/cafes. To go out for dinner need to drive 15 minutes out and it’s a dark windy road at night. Part of the experience is that it’s secluded so we get that. Breakfast was good but pretty pricey for what it was.

Very comfortable, relaxing, zen. The bed was like a cloud. Amazing view from the room and a quiet tranquil location.

The location is stunning, Adrian gave us a tour of the facilities on our arrival and was so friendly making us feel very welcome, we were really looking forward to staying here already but it exceeded our expectations and we just wish we had more time here.

Our host Adrian cooked up a very enjoyable breakfast ( extra cost but was really good ) served on our outside patio on a warm summer morning ! So nice ! The quiet surroundings were a welcome reprieve from our busy city life . Great view with a beach and nicely landscaped property with seating areas here and there to enjoy the view or just relax or read a book along with a barbecue area and a zen gazebo . Kayaking , canoeing and peddle boating with gear all included as well as an outside hot tub and steam cave . Also , spa facilities on site for a fee and near a park with walking trails . Very accommodating and thoughtful hosts ! Lighthouse Pub with a great patio and view of the inlet 10 minutes away as well as the town of Sechelt .

Nothing it’s perfect !

This is such a fabulous hotel in a stunning location . We only met Adrian but he was a great host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. We can thoroughly recommend the breakfasts , we had to take a pic of them each morning as they were a sight to behold and delicious too .

Donna and Adrian are super friendly and welcoming. the room and inn are full of amenities (water shoes, kayaks, snacks, etc). A really wonderful place. we saw a few seals while we’re kayaking and enjoyed the hot tub very much.

Nothing!

Absolutely everything. They anticipated every detail/ whim that you could have. The view is gorgeous, the atmosphere is so cozy, calm and relaxing. They even provide free kayaking with all the equipment. I lived in the luxurious housecoat and flip flop shoes they provided. This place makes you feel like you are living the life of the rich and famous. I highly recommend Tuwanek Resort.

Tuwanek hotel is located in a calm area with direct access to the beach and mountains views. The bedrooms were amazing, we had access to paddle boards, kayaks , a hot tube outside and a steam room. There are hikes nearby the hotel and Sechelt is just a 10/15 drive. We ordered breakfast and it was delicious. We are definitely planning to return :)
