the phone in the room had no labels, wanted to call the front desk thinking it was the first button, turned out to be 911 ?!? we checked out forgetting two blocks of cheese in the freezer ( one open, the other unopened in package). I returned to the font desk asking them for the room key 15 minutes after I checked out. I was shocked to go in the room and find out that the room was untouched ( messy bed, full garbage, everything exactly as we left the room except for the unopened cheese package in the freezer !!! disappeared!!). I know that a package of cheese is trivial but it is the concept!!! the house keeper rushed into the room when we checked out just to take what was left behind in good usable condition! I could understand what happened if I came back an hour later and the room was cleaned for the next guest but her act of speedy entry after the guest leaves without cleaning the room has only one explanation.

The bathroom faucet was leaking on to the floor, and the toilet plugged.

The unit was spacious, clean and bright. The balcony was a bonus. The view was excellent.

We like to have a t.v. in the bedroom. There was only a single t.v. in the sitting room.

Beautiful location and view. Really nice room big and had kitchenette..big balcony right on the lake Port credit. It was our first night and only for a single night. This hotel is probley great for longer and extended stays, although our 1 night was good!

The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to many restaurants. It is right at the waterfront which was very nice as well.

They really need to stock the kitchen in a way that imagines people are going to use it. Stock with knives, pots, pans an things to cook with. Maybe also offer a grocery service.

Finding the entrance, it wasn’t obvious or clearly marked Finding a parking area by the entrance to facilitate getting luggage in/out. Initially had to use stairs. there was a place but it wasn’t obvious or clearly marked.

Very clean and tidy building, very nice and comfortable suite, very courteous and helpful staff and included parking !

Everything, it is a great view. I love looking at the water and the night lights are great. Snug restaurant has good food. Love taking walks on the board walk and park. I feel comfortable in my room! So beautiful

Well appointed, modern suite with comfortable furnishings. View of village and harbour from private balcony. Black out curtains, plush mattress and premium bedding made for a good night's sleep. This suite included full kitchenette. Minimum supply stock but more provided upon request.

. Room: Acceptable (owner could upgrade furniture, millwork, finishes, and kitchen/bathroom fixtures) . Poor windows maintenance (old windows system), too much noise (windows doesn't have noise control)

The room was not cleaned as expected upon our arrival: had dirty coffee mugs in the cupboard, the coffee table was dirty, toys were found under the dresser/tv from previous guests.

Loved this location. 2nd time staying here.

The only things that could have made the stay better was a king size bed, a queen is smaller then we're use to, so it made for a restless night sleep, and the balcony could have been cleaned, we had a beautiful view of the marina but we couldn't even enjoy it because there were cobwebs and spiders everywhere.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the places and restaurants we needed to go to. Overall the stay was wonderful.

It’s starting to look a little “tired”. Time for a refresh to decor etc.

No parking underground. Only 2 disable car parking spots which are always full. Parking is across the street which is not good for people who are disabled. The shower is lousy. You need to be able to touch the floor in order to turn the shower on and shower head sends out needle like water spray.
