There was a junior girls hockey tournament and the girls were allowed to run around yelling and screaming, disconcerting when hoping to have a nice dinner in the restaurant open to the lobby. We couldn’t hear them from our room, thankfully. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the staff friendly but the food left a lot to be desired.

The room was very comfortable, nice bedding, lots of plugs.

The view from room sucked. It was hard to manage temp. The pillows sucked.

I absolutely loved the room service. The food was HOT!! The food was amazing!!!!!! Room service was the best I’ve experienced anywhere. I work for Air Canada. I’ve had room service everywhere. I know it can’t always be consistent but that night was absolutely-10/10. The breakfast was over priced and meh… we went at 10 am the staff was super friendly. The guy at front desk said there wasn’t even a breakfast buffet. Then we ran into a lady that was operating Starbucks and I guess the lobby. Bottom line.. I’ve traveled everywhere and I have never had better chips/french fries ever. They were supposed to be “truffle fries”. Didn’t taste any truffle. They were just perfectly cooked .

Quite expensive and wifi isn't free. Bathrooms are very small.

Checking in was a bit of a nightmare - there was a flight crew as well as two other parties with not enough staff to manage all the guests. The staff was working as hard and efficiently as they could but it would have helped to have additional staff at the front desk.

Extremely comfortable bed! Our room was spacious and well-appointed. The entire property is super clean and well-maintained.

The reception area was very cold . As soon as you got off the elevator you felt the cold , it made eating at the restaurant very uncomfortable. They did manage to raise it a little but it was still cold . One of the restaurant staff told me , some staff called in sick which I assume explains how slow the service was .

There was only one bar of soap and one dressing gown, no body wash into the container and I would have appreciated a shower cap.

It was easy to get there and very close to our car park. We found it clean and comfortable and appreciated the airport shuttle.

I purchased parking through a third party vendor. Turns out the hotel no longer accepts. Not the hotel's fault but ended up having to pay double. The hotel should have not charged me given the circumstances. While staff was friendly, all I interacted with spoke with heavy non English accents. Difficult for someone hearing impaired.

I didn’t like is that our room location was near the elevator and it was disaster in that area plus the slamming of the doors besides our rooms.Hope next time we can get a room far from the elevator.

We shared a pizza in the restaurant - it was poor with crust not crispy and far too much cheese. We did not finish it.

I had no hot water, and all I wanted to do after long travels was shower and sleep. I found the food far too expensive for what I got and fir the quality. I'd not eat there again.

I thought the front desk staff was very warm and helpful. Kind. I loved that there was a Starbucks in the lobby, but was disappointed with breakfast selection.
