I tryd to book through blue mountain contact center and was told nothing was available . Just nothing . It all the lodging options. I booked through a second party booking website and paid about triple what I would of paid at the blue mtn inn. I met up with a friend who was staying at the inn and told me it was pretty empty over there. I also rode with my friend who works at guest services and was told there was actually alot of lodging available as the dates I was staying wasn't as busy as expected. And it was the sun/mon just going into the March break. West triullim house was a nice stay other some dogs barking all day but I'm out most of the day anyways. And the hot tub didn't seem to warm as it was only 2ceclius outside

Room was nice . Location is close to everything. Staff was helpful ( easy to book a hot tub reservation) Parking spots were easy enough to find.

We didn't love the breakfast from Oliver & Bonacini. We were disappointed it arrived in a paper bag but understand due to the pandemic it couldn't be helped.

Room - good layout - had a balcony and a great view of the slopes - room was clean upon arrival. I requested extra towels and coffee packages. I was given both with no compliant. Location - so convenient in terms of getting to the lifts Bed - loved the beds - comfortable and two duvets for warmth

1. Coffee maker in room was basically useless. For the amount we paid and having a kitchenette, I expected at least a full size coffee pot, not a single serve piece of plastic. 2. Very expensive.

I was under the impression we had mountain view with a balcony. We had a view of another roof and no balcony. We wanted to see the village and leave our luggage at the front for an hour before departure and was told to put in the car. The pool and hot tub was booked up so we couldn't enjoy those aspects of the hotel stay. Ultimately dosappointed that we paid what we did and didn't receive what was described for the hotel room. We had skiied all day and didn't care to argue so we just stayed in the room. We won't stay here again.

The hotel is clearly suffering from COVID and I can't complain about it. However there're extra steps that can be taken to make up for a poorer service. People were quite rude over the phone, looks like they don't have enough personnel on site. We had no soap in the bathroom and instead of refilling the exiting bottles attached to the wall they gave us few small ones. The plugs in the bathroom weren't working. We asked for more non-decaf coffee and we got 6 decaf coffees instead. You need to book to use the swimming pool so that you avoid too many people at the same time... except that they told us: 'there're many people and no space available but it's ok if you want to go' and one night there was even one of the employees in the pool. Last but not least, after all we paid to get a pretty low to standard service we asked for 30 min extension of the check out and we weren't granted even though I'm also a Bonvoy member for many years.

This resort is clean and the staff are amazing! The room needs to be updated though and the pullout couch wasn't very comfortable. For the price you pay for these rooms you would expect it be a little bit more modern than what you are given.

The fireplace wasnt working initially when we checked in but was repaired quickly. The pillows were a little soft. There was no robes.

The mattress and bedding were lovely. The young woman who checked us in was lovely. Our view was absolutely beautiful.

The room was very spacious, as well as the washroom. The room had a beautiful view! The bed and pillows were very also comfortable.

For this kind of establishment, there should have been soap bars in the washroom. Parking was also a bit tricky as we had to park off site rather than the underground parking.

Way to expensive for what you get. Advertised at $500 per night and that somehow turned into $720 per night. Not worth it but I guess it's supply and demand. Won't be going back just for that reason.

Located close to the village. Just a short walk and you are in the middle of all the excitement.
