I greatly enjoyed the sumptuous homemade breakfasts along with the lovely conversation with our hosts Sonny and Judy and the other guests. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara on the Lake and from there to get to the falls. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the hot tub was excellent. The hospitality of our hosts at the White House Boutique B&B truly gave us a presidential experience we will not soon forget!

Nothing - it was perfect!

We absolutely loved staying at the White House, it is a very special place. Sonny and Judy are the most perfect hosts and made us feel so so welcome in their home. The breakfasts were just amazing, beautifully presented and shared with other guests staying there, so very social. The bedroom had everything you could need with a good coffee machine and fridge. And the bed (with amazing bed linen) was so comfortable. The location is perfect and it’s easy to walk to everything that Niagra-on-the-lake has to offer. Would highly recommend anyone to book a room here if you’re visiting this most beautiful town.

it was a little strange on arrival to have a welcome talk, I now understand it as its the family home, more than just a hotel, it just wasn't what were used to. we felt a little awkward that we might break a rule by accident but we really did enjoy the stay and it didnt spoil it overall.

Sonny is a very present host and is friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He went over and above to ensure we enjoyed our stay which we did. The breakfast is superb and the rooms really comfy and absolutely spotless. Thanks Sonny & family :-)

Nothing it was fabulous.

Judy & Sonny’s gorgeous house was the absolute highlight of our visit to Ontario, we had spend two weeks touring around the area & Niagra on the lake was our last place & wow what a stunning area, house & fabulous hosts! The area is totally beautiful, so pretty full of quaint shops & buildings & overflowing with flowers, loads of winery’s & super friendly people! Also so close to the falls which are amazing to see, it’s one of the very best places we have ever visited & we’ve racked up quite a few now! As for The White House, it’s stunningly beautiful with a garden to match, Judy & Sonny welcomed us to their gorgeous home amazingly, fantastic hosts, wonderful 4 course breakfast cooked by Judy. Our room was huge, very comfortable with absolutely everything we needed, excellent bathroom & perfect in every way. This stay was so fabulous we feel we have made lovely friends too, we wished we had stayed much longer both Judy & Sonny go way above what you would expect & are so kind they would do anything to help in any way, from loads of local info to supplying sun cream! Huge thanks to a fabulous couple we loved everything.

Early punctual breakfast and having to convene with other guests for breakfast when some flexibility while on vacation and a quiet private breakfast was preferred, especially with the option to sit in the patio. Lack of ability to control room temperature, as the room became quite cool.

Breakfast was professional caliber and served with pride and goal to please all guests. Very attentive to proactive confirmation that no food allergies needed to be accounted for. The location was excellent as it afforded my family a beautiful walk to the 'downtown' area through beautiful and serene neighborhoods. The location was very serene and welcoming and extremely safe which was a top priority. Our hosts (Sonny and Judy) were extremely accommodating and friendly. Wonderful people to simply sit and 'visit' with.

We loved everything about the property!

The friendliness and attentiveness of the owners - they went above and beyond what we would have expected from them. The breakfasts were excellent - we stayed for 7 nights and never had the same breakfast twice (Judy is a superb cook). The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean.

I love everything about the White House Boutique Bed and Breakfast. The hosts are the loveliest people on earth. They treat their guests like family members. Sonny gave my family a quick tour of the town in his car since we didn’t drive. He gave medicine to my daughter who felt nauseous. Sonny and Judy also gave good advice of what to do and how to get around in Niagara Falls and NOTL area. They served very good breakfast. The place is sparkling clean, with amenities that are better than 5 star hotels. Definitely value for money, coz the hosts are passionate in hosting their guests, they make sure you have comfortable and wonderful experience during your stay at NOTL.
