Although ski lockers are available, there is no facility to dry or store ski boots (other than in the apartment). It would be a nice facility to have this available. Also, its a shame that guests cannot use the swimming pool and am unsure as to why this is. Having spoken to other guests (not owners) they were able to use the pool. Although the hot tub is lovely, it's nearly impossible to get in it between 4pm and 10pm due to the volume of apartments & people per hot tub.

Beautiful, clean and homely apartment. The apartment is kitted out beyond expectation and was truly a pleasurable stay. The ski village & lifts are only a 5-10 minute short walk from Timberline.

The air conditioner could have been set up. The Television was very difficult to work. I ended up ordering Netflix so my 2 grandchildren had something to watch on our down time. We were very disappointed that we could not swim in the pool. We usually swim every day. It would also have been nice if there had been an elevator. The temperature was extremely high making carrying Luggage extremely difficult.

The views were excellent. The unit was quite spacious, nicely furnished and clean. It was well equipped and also very quiet. The beds were comfy.

Bring an extension cord as ALL the plugs were used for the fridge/TV/etc. There were USB ports but no plug space (we were in a studio unit that is part of a larger unit). The walk to the ski area was not really that convenient from the buildings all uphill in boots, carrying skis but could ski back down. We were in Timberline Crescent (Aspen Lodge Building).

We had a code which was nice. Got a really great last minute rate. Dated unit but very clean.

Since it snowed a lot and thr parking lot had not been cleared well, parking was hard to come by at times.

Thr condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Amazing view of the ski hill. Restaurants very close by.

The air conditioning didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work. Dishwasher latch that holds soap pod was broken. Coffee pot was too small for coffee maker, so coffee wouldn’t drip. Microwave turntable didn’t work. Need a scrubby in kitchen.

There was no breakfast. Location for our trip was nice. The property was comfortable, once it cooled off with the windows open, since the air conditioning didn’t work.

I like Fernie but I found that staff was not accommodating and not sure why I was charged cleaning fee when I basically required to wash my own towels? Anyways it wasn’t a separate suite it was attached by a door to another suite that I was not comfortable with as a woman traveller . When I asked to stay until 11 for checkout they said they had someone else coming and check in is at 4 pm! It doesn’t take long to clean a small room I was in. Lesson learned to read everything about property . No coffee machine which was odd and removing my own garbage and doing my own housekeeping wasn’t what I thought I signed up for.

Property manager on site, noise and repeated smoking complaint ignored. I had to deal with tenants below at 1:30 am. 2nd was some one working on inside of unit from 6pm till 9pm, use of hammer drill and such.

There was nothing I did not like.

Everything! What a comfortable bed with high quality linens and pillows. The suite was in a quiet building ~ perfect for business executives travelling for work. The weather was poor, and I had WiFi issues, I messaged the owner and immediately he sent me an alternative wifi source to use.
