Simple room well used but clean, the tile of the bathroom was broken at some place for example but it was clean.

Pretty dirty, and didn't feel comfortable using the shower. Found ants on the wall..

The thermostat in the room was not functional, and it was VERY hot upon arrival. Under the bed was NOT cleaned. A little paint and TLC would go a very long way to accommodate the comfort of the guest. TV was semi functional and would cut out every 10 minutes for about a 5 minute duration.

Location was great, shoppers next door was super convenient. Front desk employees were very kind, as well as the housekeeper.

The weird noise (perhaps the water-pipes?) throughout the night which did not allow a proper sleep. Also, seems like one of the beds, the one next to the window had bedbugs in it. My husband got bitten all over.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

The kitchenette is really a bathroom vanity, the sheets amd comforter had stains, sitting area was a small table and a vintage armchair with computer chair. The bathroom tiles were dirty and there was no kettle in the room if you wanted coffee you have to walk to the front office

The location of the motel is perfect for those traveling with go transit and the staff is friendly

Beware of roaches in the bathroom (toilet area ) they have traps that don’t really work. Also I did not get my $45.00 key card deposit back ( when I left early in the morning no one was at the front desk ( maybe he was sleeping) Then I called I was told it takes 7 days ?

I didn't like the mice that were in room 11 due to the heaters being damaged the may be hiding in there. My accommodations were not met double blanket etcetera. Very money hungry people which did affect the customer service asked for a few extra hours 1-3 as I had an appointment they said it will be 40 extra.

The staff was the only thing that could be deemed as ok. Very friendly bathroom was decent I guess.

I didn't like the Wi-Fi they didn't have a good connections and when you dont know the place you need à good wi'fi. And the bathroom cleaning wasnt good.

The location is vers peacefull and the People at this place very sweet.

The king sized bed was sagging in a few different areas. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The jacuzzi was filled with tiny ants. Which took away from the romance of the whole thing. The place needs a good deep clean. The price was okay but you do get what you pay for. All that being said, we'll be back. The location was prime.

The location was prime for what we needed. And the room was surface clean. Perfect room temperature. Loved the fact that there was a surprise jacuzzi. The price was half decent. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we'll likely be back.
