Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe cleanliness was not the best, the bathroom felt barely cleaned and also the carped could get some more vacuuming. The shower took ages to go warm and I think the price is just a bit too high for getting that.
I don't understand all the bad reviews. The hotel is directly located in downtown Whitehorse. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff is friendly. All in all a good place to stay for a few days!

CanadaRoom was dark. Needed more lighting. Stairs only, no elevator. I didn’t need an elevator but would be tough for those who do. Hallway carpets stained. No plates and cutlery in the mini kitchen. Bed had no blanket but when I asked for one it was provided cheerfully and with an apology. No towel racks in the bathroom to hang towels.
Great location. Didn’t have to rent a car. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Rate was reasonable. Had a fridge and micro wave. Quiet.

The location was great. Easy walk to the river and to the main road with some nice restaurants to eat to.
