I had two pair of shoes stolen due to a misunderstanding. I forgot to grab them from outside of my room door and that was mistaken as garbage. It was my fault.

I truly liked the staff, they were professional and pleasant. The place was always clean. I loved the fact that breakfast was served every morning.

Nothing really. Loved the room and cleanliness of the hotel but also the staff when we checked in were great, friendly and courteous. We would for sure stay with you again at this location.

We left very early so didn't take in the breakfast. The location was OK but with the roads blocked due to the Trucker convoy it made it difficult to get to otherwise it would have been fine.

The entrance was difficult to find and then, where to park to unload suitcases. Just tell truth...no view of the river.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, at least for making it ourselves.

Nothing I could say bad about this place.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Marriot and it was again very comfortable and the staff is very accommodating. Love the beds and love that I can log into my own Netflix account during my stay, breakfast is the best I have had in a long time. Very comfortable and accommodating for my dog.

Parking seems overly expensive given there are other local cheaper options, and the lot is not terribly secure other than the barrier. (ie. Lot is not fenced). $10 would be a fairer price.

When getting breakfast staff inappropriately clean around you making you feel uncomfortable. Almost pushing you put of the way to clean where you are still busy getting something. Staff repeatedly asked if we still had anything in our room while we were getting ready to checkout and pack the car. It takes several trips and while making several trips is when we were asked. Tried to politely reply after the second time that they can go into my room once I check out... They said oh ok. Maybe some better training and manners should be brought up in training. Wierd to experience people doing this kind of stuff and displaying that kind of behaviour. You just don't expect it.

I had to cover all sofas by bed sheet because they welcomed dogs on all suites… and I do other cleaning and sanitizing my way…. i spent all week here so this is why I did that.

Area was very sketchy, not that there is anything the hotel could do anything about that. When we opened the curtains there appeared to be what looked like a descent amount of dried blood on the back of them. There was no parking on site however there were lots near by

The location is great. Very close to the river. Bigger than usual room which can accommodate 6 adults. Very comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and very accommodating: we originally booked for two nights. Some thing came up after the first night we asked if we can cancel the second at the noon. They cancelled it without any charge. I guess only Marriott can be this flexible:)

There was nothing bad to say but this hotel. We loved our stay!

The beds are the best I have every slept on, absolutely fantastic! The bathroom and shower was amazing, the kitchen had everything I needed, the TV that greeted me by name, and the Netflix option so I could watch my series, was awesome! They even offered hot breakfast during COVID were everyone else only gives you grab bags. This was such a nice change. I loved this hotel so much that it is going to be my home away from home for now on everytime I visit Windsor.
