We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWhen I got to property, I asked for the rebate for senior or Gouvernement rate. The employee didn’t know how to find the rate. She told us to ask to the employee of the day shift and he told me that he wasn’t allowed to give special rate. Breakfast was very limited. Only one type of yogourt and only 4 to 5 out for everyone; then there were none. Had only one selection of muffin and only 5 were out for the full time of breakfast. There was no eggs, saucisse, cheese, banana etc…

AustraliaThe next morning when we tried to arrange the 2nd night we were told by a different staff member that this was not possible as we had booked online, even though the hotel obviously had plenty of spare rooms. Do you want my money or not? Eventually after mucking us about he sorted it out and took our money.
When we checked in the man was extremely helpful. When we told him later we were staying 1 more night he was great. No problem. He told us we could organise things the next morning.
