CanadaThis hotel met our expectations!
We enjoyed the warm welcome that we received as soon as we arrived and that they took us to our room to make sure we could get settled. As we were driving a classic car, we wanted a hotel where we could park our car right in front of our room and that worked out perfectly. This hotel is perfectly situated right near restaurants and shopping and the value was tremendous. We will definitely be back!

Nothing. The property was a 'flop house' ran by a housing organisation and hadn't been used as a hotel for about 2 years. Disgraceful that this property is still being advertised on Booking.com. Even more so, allowing us to pay for it and getting a confirmation and PIN number. Shame on you!!

CanadaI pulled into the lot and there were broken toys and office chairs thrown into the parking lot and a pair of pants for some reason? Most of the windows I could see into had stained curtains or broken blinds. There was bags of garbage all over the place and two clearly drugged up men skittered away as I came in the parking lot. A few more similar looking men eyeing me from the windows making me feel very uneasy. It was too late to get a cancellation so I just left and went to another hotel. In this case I didn’t feel safe, and had no choice but to just forfeit the full price of the stay and leave. The information and pictures online did not portray the hotel accurately at all. I contacted both the hotel and booking.com about a refund and did not receive any response.

CanadaQuiet and the place has rules to be careful and quiet. I loved that the clientele included so many up coast First Nations guests, felt like home. I would like an option for a flatter pillow on the bed but all else was fine. thanks for the back of the building where it is secluded and quiet for noise at night.

United StatesI have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, but this time will be my last. This hotel has really gone down hill. The rooms have 2 beds in a space that should only have one. This is a new addition and makes the room very tight. Hard to get in and out of the bed on the one side. The corner of the room where the luggage rack was smelled like urine. There were mattresses stacked outside by the dumpster and it looked as if people were living in this motel. Quite messy outside some of the units. Not a safe feeling staying at this location Won't be back.

CanadaThe bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, so had no sleep at all. Everything digs into your back and hips. Provided feedback to the hotel but received no response.

CanadaThere homeless people hanging around the stairwell and upper floor as I was moving in. The stairwell had lots of cigarette butts and garbage. The room was very shabbily furnished (the bed was comfy). There was no wash cloth or hand towel. The bath towels were the smallest I have ever seen. The TV worked but was blurry. Someone did a drug deal outside my room at 1:30 am

CanadaPeople were smoking everywhere, the room smelt so bad of smoke, there was an argument going on in the common deck area, there were mattresses out of one of the rooms, not sure what was going on there. A cat on a leash. There was a noticeable drug deal going on. Just really bad. I didn’t realize it but I believe this is hotel/government funded housing. DO NOT STAY HERE! photos are not a true reflection of the place.

United StatesIt must have been for one bed at one time. There were 2 double beds in a very small space. The desk had a small dresser user it and the mini fridge was on top of the desk with The microwave stacked on top of that. The bathroom was the size of a coat closet. To get into the bed on the one side you had to squeeze in against the wall. There was no breakfast included.
The location was good. I was flying th next day.

CanadaIt says breakfast, and there is nothing. Our friends reserved a king size bed and they got 1 queen and a kitchen sink. When asked if we could get the king, they said the kitchen was an upgrade. Old, dated chairs. Mold in the bathroom grout. Dirty carpet. Wore my socks and they were black! Opened a cupboard door and someone had thrown in a liquor bag all crumpled up.... It really was in sad repair.

CanadaI reserved a two queen bed, kitchenette. The kitchenette was horrendous. Only one burner worked, the proper kitchenware wasn’t available, no cutting board, no pasta pot etc. I went to the front desk twice and they weren’t able to help and the one gentleman acted like I was inconveniencing him. The suite smelt like a urnal when we arrived as well. Giant wolf spiders in our room as well. Just an overall very unpleasant stay. I will be avoiding all travelodges in my future work endeavors due to this horrible experience. Get charged for an barely functional kitchenette and when I asked for a discount he said no…
