I would have appreciated a free coffee /tea /hot chocolate machine in front lobby.

The Breakfast was fine. Not lots of choice, but, it was enough to start our day, for the price we paid. Employee was very friendly and helpful.

Although my room was clean enough, it felt a little grubby. The chair at the desk was stuck underneath it and couldn't be pulled out to sit on. When I opened the window for some fresh air, the mechanism that would pull the window closed again was broken.

I liked the convenient location and the easy check-in.

Mould in the bathroom in the grout and the bulkhead by the shower. The HVAC had clumps of dust/particles and not cleaned. The volume control for the remote didn't work. There was no screen in the window so you couldn't open it. The plate cover for 1 electrical socket was broken and only half of it was there. There were no plugs for the sink or tub so the tub could not be used.

The beds were comfortable. Price was reasonable.

The dining area was too small for the amount of people they had. I sat down had my food went to get some water and a banana and a group of indian people take my table no sorry for the inconvenience. We had to wait 30 mins for a waffle and people cut all the time. The fact that every damn person and their kids yell outside of people's room on the way to get breakfast was so annoying

The coffee was good, the staff was very nice and helpful just super busy weekend ends with tons of kids

Continental breakfast. Only waffles - ( one waffle maker for all guests, so it is quite impossible to bake waffles unless you want to wait in line for a long time), cereal, jogurt and eggs. Shortage of seatings, shortage of everything compared to number of guests.

The TV was off, by like 30 seconds so if you were watching and not listening it was very messed up

1. Location Location Location (it is right next to Tim Hortons, Esso & less than 3 kms from Walmart & all major restaurants). 2. Ample parking is available on site 3. Staff is friendly & very helpful 4. Free Basic Continental Breakfast (starts at 6 AM every day) 5. Microwave & Refrigerator is available 6. No road noise despite being on intersection 7. Continental Breakfast spread includes (not exhaustive list) = 2/3 types of bread slices, Boiled eggs, 1 type of coffee, 1 type of tea, 3 types of corn flakes, 2 types of cold juices, 1 cold milk, 1 hot skimmed milk, bananas, flavored yogurt, salted butter, jam, Waffle Maker + Dough, 1 type of donut bread, etc.

I would not recommend or go back to his hotel. The cleaning needs to improve big time, the room was dirty.. stains in the chairs, dust and dirt in the floor, the smell of the room was horrible and the bathroom was super dirty too. The walls are way too thin and you can hear every single noice other people make which at midnight when you are trying to sleep and someone is screaming or partying you can’t sleep. The breakfast is included but not even a protein … I mean, you can improve at least some sausage or eggs and not only bread and hotcake. Also internet is bad it does not work
