The carpets are gross and full of stains and burn marks! All carpet should be removed!

Absolutely everything else. It was dirty, mold in the bathrooms, the roof was leaking in the pool area ,they ran out of towels so we had no towels to shower with. The beds were dirty and so hard and uncomfortable. The front desk staff lied to our kids and told them the pool was closed and would be closed until the morning and when we went down around 830 pm to see what the pool looked like there were kids in it swimming and when we confronted the desk she basically just said oops.

The lobby looks nice, and it was attached to a Perkins and that was good.

Bathtub slippery.....needed ironing board, noisy in middle of night- someone walking heavy, and slaming doors....not too many channels on TV, but lots of news channels and French ones.. fridge was on freezer setting... for those that don't have cell phones, maybe advertising of nearby food places that deliver, take outs etc...esp., if can't go out to eat....

Perfect location, restaurant very good food, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Bed comfortable. Good parking..good Wi-Fi

The only thing we didn’t like much was the toilet didn’t flush very well and the sink had a minor leak . Overall great stay !

The overall location of the hotel was great , your minutes away from main attractions, shopping centres , and dinning locations . Our daughter really enjoyed the pool and the restaurant in the hotel where the food was great and staff was friendly !

I did not like that the bed was half unmade and there's was alot of hair and dirt in it. I slept ontop of the covers with my own blanket. It felt like they had not changed the bedding between guests.

It was nice and quiet even having the room across from ice and vending machines. The shower pressure was perfect. Also it was directly across the street from the hospital which is what I was there for.

The bathroom ceiling had brown stuff all over it, the bathtub had stained mat markings in the bottom, looked like soap all over the tub surround(looked like it hasn’t been cleaned very well), the ceiling looked like it has moister as it had a lot of flakey room 237.

Room was in poor state of repair.Dents in drywall,glass panes missing in french door,furniture ready for the dump,trim badly scratched.

Perkins was a great place to eat.great staff! Reasonable prices,ample food,and it was good.Had dinner and breakfast there. Been suite was large and quiet which is what I requested.Room was clean dispute all the badly need reairs

Really, the only thing that I didn't like was the Perkins restaurant attached to the hotel. It was the worst restaurant experience I ever had, and would not recommend it to anyone!

Whole hotel was loud, parents drinking in halls, kids running everywhere, dogs barking in another room. Front desk staff were very slow and confused.
