It seems to be a party haven. Lots of noise, slamming doors, loud music and talking. Beer cans in the hallway. We were kept up until 3:30 am by the partying. The roo.s looked a little worn.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable.

The heater right under the table very hard for my partner to get too. Could not get change for the vending machines. Partner was not happy with the king size bed.

The rugs are old, worn down, dirty and burn marks .staff need to thoroughly vacuum, found stuff on the floor. Toiletries need to available.Comfor

Moldy wet carpet, dirty bathroom, bug in bath room ask for a new room and t was worse than the 1st looked at 4 separate rooms before choosing to stay as we only needed a place to sleep. Bath tub in final room was dirty so I didn't shower. Didn't sleep well due to constant guests inside and outside. This stay was a Wednesday night and clearly catured to a rough crowd of people. Seen one guy leaving with a freshly broken nose. Breakfast was very basic but I wasn't really feeling hungry with how dirty the place seemd

The fact that the sink wouldn’t drain, and after trying to get it to go down, discovered some kind of black sludge stuck in the drain preventing it from draining. It was gross

I found the staff wasn't very friendly. For breakfast the coffee was week, the juice dispenser was broken. The ketchup was in small packets. The elevator was not functioning properly all the time. The $100 security deposit was not credited back at check out, now I must remember to check if my Visa was credited. I'm annoyed about this.

Extremely expensive... Abundance of black mold and serious dust from the heat vent.. No exhaust system in the washroom.. I have been doing almost all of my own House Keeping.. and providing my own supplies... I have asked for the room to be vacuumed several times and it was not done.. I tried to fix the toilet but it continues to run. Some of The Staff are quite pleasant.. Others.. should probably consider work that doesn't involve the public...

Very run down and unclean. Not disability friendly or adequately accommodating. Every Wyndham Travelodge I been to across the country has had issues with pool Or hot tub not working. This is unacceptable when amenities are advertised as available when booking. People pay extra for this, otherwise price should reflect the reduced options available at that time.

The staff helped me…eventually, after my getting upset. To be fair, the poor girl who was new at front desk was left to manage the entire place solo on a busy night with a parade going on outside.

Water was coming out from the toilet, and no coffee was served during breakfast. Even breakfast food was out of date. I would not recommend eating their breakfast. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Housekeeping was not up to standard. Maintenance was not kept up. Both the bar and restaurant were permanently closed. Found cockroaches in the room.

Lock keys didn’t work; housekeeping had to be called in to clean bedside table (hair, sticky, crumbs, cup rings). The room is in serious need of updating all around. Terrible value for the money paid.
