OUR TELEVISION DIDN'T WORK THE SECOND DAY --IST DAY WE ONLY GOT ABOUT 4 CHANNELS-THE 1ST DAY WE WERE TOLD SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE UNTIL 7 BUT THE 2ND DAY WHEN WE CALLED ABOUT THE T.V THERE WAS NO ANSWER BEFORE 7

We stayed in the ground floor apartment - the upstairs apartment the first night had maybe 6 residents with a somewhat loud lifestyle- the second night had a quieter group of 4. Unfortunately the upstairs floor is creaky loud and voices also transmit downstairs- alas the first floor is not quiet particularly peaceful with 6 residents moving furniture and suitcases around late at night

Lady who came to the property promised to have the TV looked at as it didn't work but nothing was done. Not the fault of the owners but disturbing noise from apartment above on first day. Second day a quiet couple moved in. On returning key on day of departure, no-one was there so had to leave key on desk.

Ease of access and parking outside. Large apartment on ground floor, clean and bright. Well equipped with big oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer. and plentiful cutlery and crockery. Queen size bed. Easily accessed shower. We hadn't realised that the property could be valeted each day so we had left the Do not disturb sign on the door.

We arrived at 4pm and checked our unit,as soon as we saw there was no coffee for next day we went straight to our check in to enquire if we could buy some there or anywhere.? We where told by the person there that there should have been coffee , and they didn’t have access to get us any. There was no place in town to buy any and no one followed up the next day to provide it either . Sorry but for us it’s a pretty basic request. The beds and couch have seen better days and are getting uncomfortable.

This was a suite, basically ground floor of a cottage - more than we needed, but the price was very good. Breakfast is not included with the suites, but is available at the main building for C$11 and it was fine. The location has the advantage of being on a little street away from the tourist buses.

We could hear the party girls upstairs talking and moving/dragging things(?? ) on the floor.

Too much noise from upper suite to lower. Voices and footsteps go right through ceiling. Hosts stopped communicating through app so we didnt learn how to turn on light above sink and we had to guess how to leave keys behind when we left before the normal office hours.

Couldn’t get the TV working after an hour of fiddling with it. Living room sofa old and uncomfortable - sunken in the middle.

It is not the host's fault, but keep in mind that there is no Fido or Bell signal in the cottage. Wifi works well though. Also, there was a tiny piece of soap for 2 people for 2 days in the bathroom (not too generous and not enouth from my perspective) and no Kleenex or paper towels in the kitchen. There was a roll of craft-like brown paper which probably was supposed to be used instead of paper towels but it did not absorb any water.

Great location, very spacious and private cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Fast wifi.

As others have mentioned, no sound-proofing between floors. With my earplugs in I sleep great though. Trinity is so beautiful and peaceful

we were on the main floor of the 2 level building. very close walking to the restaurant and theatre. it was very clean, comfy bed, lovely and bright with a well stocked kitchen. nice and warm on a chilly evening. there’s a bbq and a bistro set on the porch that we didn’t use but nice to have

The light in the second bedroom wasn't working, and the bathroom fan didn't work. These small things should be fixed. Otherwise a very nice stay.

There was no grab bar in the bathtub, we found it dangerous to get in and out of the shower.

It would have been helpful to have Trinity Suites signs in a few places to make it easier to located the property. We had to pick up keys in another location with was hard to find. Reception closes at 6 so not sure what we would have to do if we arrived late. The outside of the property was unkept with grass not cut. The floors were all uneven and felt like were on a cruise ship! The bathroom door would only open 1/2 way because of the uneven floor and we had to let the bathroom tap run for a few minutes to get the “rust” tinge out of it. You can hear talking, furniture moving and floors creaking from apartment above. Even the paper towel holder had the brown paper that is used in garages for wiping off dip sticks when checking oil. Due to no air conditioning there is only a loud stand up fan. The only view to see the ocean is to stand and look out a window and across the street you can see it a bit on either side of a barn. There was only a very small deck to sit on with 2 wrought iron chairs and a dirty BBQ with a view of a couple of homes and an overgrown small field. The TV wouldn’t turn on from the remote and the receiver was hanging from a hook on the wall. There was no “Welcome Binder” with info about the area e.g. dining, attractions, tours.

Very thin walls and flooring - major noise from upper floor. No sponge or tea towel to dry dishes. Dryer and cradle were off the wall - could not use. No included breakfast for price and location.

The apartment needed some repair. The toilet was leaking and there was a distinct smell of urine in the bathroom. One of the electrical outlets did not work and one of the window blinds was not operational.

It was nice having a fully equipped kitchen and the apartment was spacious. A quaint village with beautiful views. Excellent walkability and great ice cream.

The beds were uncomfortable and VERY noisy. The light in the living area was out so not enough light there. Not sure why the living area had blackout curtains and the bedrooms didn’t. The early sunrise would make it impossible to sleep past then.
