The room is cozy. It’s just that we saw a hat and socks under the bed. Did they really cleaned the room including under the bed?

We stayed for 3 days and same breakfast served every day. Must be nice if there’s an alternative food served every other day. Overall it’s ok.

The room wasn't cleaned on the second day. Just towels changed. My second key didn't work even after informing the front desk.

We couldn’t get a shuttle when we needed it they kept changing the hours you need to book it by from 1hr - 4hrs

Nothing really as such, that I had noticed.

A very straight forward, simple, minimalistic, easy experience overall. The location is great, close to downtown, and other attractions. The lobby, breakfast, and games were good difference makers.

Not that I didn't like, but I have sensitive skin and the hotel only offered body soap that has a perfume.. the smell was really good tho.

The place was super quiet and new, the bed was pretty comfortable too. The shuttle was on time. The staffs were nice and fast to check me in and to check out.

The shuttle service was horrible! The vehicle was old and honestly we wondered how it could pass inspection. The transmission seemed to be ready to fall out and the drivers were both driving like they didn’t have a licence .. it’s unfortunate as the hotel and the hotel staff were great!

Hotel room was great! Remodelled and clean! Nice big room and a really comfortable bed.

The staff at the shuttle service acted the complete opposite of the staff inside the hotel building. Four male adults just looked at us as we tried to handle all the luggage and our little toddler. As we seemed to act too slow (no wonder with nobody helping us storing the luggage inside the vehicle), they started pushing us to hurry. Not helping us, no friendly word plus an insane run of a drive to the airport. Worst customer-service.

Outstanding friendliness and customer-oriented service by the hotel staff - front desk, management, cleaning team - that made sure we had a comfortable and pleasant time traveling with our very young toddler.

Great location near the airport. Airport shuttle comes on a call request and takes 10 mins. Very good service. Room was clean and large. Loved the amenities, they smelt amazing. Breakfast was well stocked and the coffee hot!

The only thing that you could improve on is the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles. Although I loved them I could not squeeze them hard enough with one hand to get the liquids to come out. Very difficult for older people or people with arthritic hands.

Fab room, definitely ultra modern/Euro chic. Lots of room, wall plugs and hanging space. Fab bathroom with huge walk in shower with grab bar. Large print on shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles so you don’t have to wear glasses to see what they are. Great complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit and assorted joghurts, good tasting scrambled eggs and although not my thing a waffle maker. This is great for kids or North Americans. Even had porridge.

I would like to use airport as hub, for people that travel without car is convenient to go to downtown toronto or niagara falls. Let it use the shuttle, for transportation.to Airport and then go to destination.

Everything, staff from front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. Shuttle drivers. The gym and the pool. The market is awesome with coffee, water and breakfast.

It was the typical breakfast. Location was ok, but not a lot of things within walking distance. Hotel was great and served the purpose of an overnight stay.

Breakfast was good, but the lines for having breakfast were so long that the server couldn't keep the food trays filled up fast enough so we, (and many others) could not get what we wanted to have for breakfast.
