Neighbours were noisy, conversation carried through walls easily, We arrived at 10:30 and were ready for bed, but noise next door went on for about another hour. Was quiet for next 2 nights though. One of the bedroom lamps didn't work, the other had a loose switch. Only one plug for charging phones & devices. Only one plug to share between fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

The fridge wasn't plugged in, and the air conditioner wasn't turned on to prepare for our arrival. The remote for the TV didn't work properly. But it was clean and we slept well.

No designated puppy relief area. There were some weird little bugs in the bathroom. The property could definitely use some updating.

Decent location, the front desk guy was very kind and accommodating we got in much later than anticipated and he still got us a room.

Hard to write about a property that we could not stay at. Upon arrival, it was obvious that Tumbleweed was not open for business due to the piles of gravel in the parking areas. A drainage ditch recently installed directly in front of the motel by the municipality prevented access to the units. At no time, did either the motel or Booking.com inform us of this fact so we were left scrambling in order to secure a room for the night which fortunately we were able to do.

The toilet did not flush properly and they had left a plunger beside the toilet so they must have known. Only one garbage can. Electrical needed upgrading. Coffee pot needed cleaning.

We phoned in advance to say we would check in around 9:30. They phoned us at 8:30 to ask when we're going to check in. Also, bed was rock hard. Very uncomfortable. Walls paper thin. Could hear nperson moving in the bed in the adjacent room.

Air con was not strong enough to cool down the room in +30 weather, it barely took the edge off. Beds very hard, sheets had holes. I bumped a night stand and found lots of dust and dirt under the table.

We payed $140 a night for a very dingy, dirty, smelly hotel, that hadn't been updated since the 70s. If this was cheaper I would say it was what you pay for. Seems like the kinda place rented by the hour and the owners were not nice either. They actually yelled at us (and others) while we were packing up because it was check out time and we hadn't hit the road. Neighbours kept their bong and crack pipes on the doormat. Enormous spiders and scared to think of what else. We slept with one eye open and luckily had brought our own blankets. If this hadn't been our only option we would not have stayed.

Last hotel room available for an event in town. Wifi worked. Small kitchenette (from the 70s). Housekeeper was pleasant and doing her best in a crappy situation.

The room smelled like thirty year old cold cigarette smoke. everything was pretty worn down, too. I’d say, this is maximum 50CAD worth, we paid double.

Staff was very nice and we were able to check In very late (11pm).

Hair on bedsheets. Owner said the sheets were cleaned daily but not the outside bed coverings and the hair brushed off them. Like that made it okay! He didn't want to replace the sheets on the bed but did so when I insisted.

Owner accommodated our request for an extra blanket. Everything was clean and worked. Parked right outside our door.

The hair and mouse droppings on the bed, and the manager insinuating that I was racist were the low lights of the visit. Suffice to say, we did not stay. And due to the fact that we booked through you, he retained 15% of the cost. Absolutely awful. I'd be embarassed to keep this motel on the site.

The room was very cold when we arrived and it took a bit of time to warm up. The fridge and microwave were unplugged. There was no coffee maker. The television was very difficult to figure out. There was nowhere close by to walk the dog as access to areas around the property had been blocked off. The motel is VERY, VERY, VERY old as is the furniture including the bed and mattress/springs.

The motel is well located on the highway from Kamloops. The owner/manager was kind and helpful. Bathroom had been updated and everything freshly painted and clean.

The beds were terrible. The one was so not level the other was creekie every time you moved it creeked. Noise from traffic was loud.
