Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CanadaI think a extra 30 for your dog is a little much.
The owner was very knowledgable on the agriculture, and they had some really cool animals.

CanadaHowever, I must highlight a few drawbacks. Despite the images showcasing heating devices, it's important to note that there were none actually installed in the tent. Consequently, the nights turned quite chilly, significantly impacting our comfort levels. Another factor worth considering is the absence of electricity within the tent vicinity. Charging devices or accessing power sources requires a walk to an external location.
Our stay at this hotel proved to be an intriguing experience, unlike any we had encountered before. For those seeking novel adventures, this establishment is undoubtedly an excellent option. The hospitality was exceptional, with a very accommodating host.

United KingdomThe only disappointing thing about this place was the toilet and shower facilities.
The tents were great, beds surprisingly super comfy, all the family slept well. The hang out area was great and nicely furnished

CanadaThe staff graciously took the initiative to provide us with a detailed tour of the premises and offered valuable recommendations regarding the available attractions in the locality. Despite our delayed arrival for the check-in procedure, they displayed remarkable patience and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This overall experience was truly exceptional, and we enthusiastically plan to explore the possibility of reserving this particular venue again in the foreseeable future.

CanadaWe can’t complain about much here - they really have done such a good job thinking about the guest experience. The only thing we would complain about is how long the city is taking to permit this property for more washrooms/ showers. They started a large washhouse facility and the permits are preventing them from completing it. At this point there is only one shower (but it’s clean and has great water pressure) and three toilets.
Everything about the vision of this property is outstanding! The owner guided us through a tour of a pretty stellar sustainable farm and property amenities for guests. They have a really impressive vegetable tower garden. The guest clubhouse is really cool. From games, to karaoke, to VR, to a bar - it’s the ultimate cool-kid hangout for kids and adults alike. The tents are absolutely beautiful on the inside and the beds and bedding are dreamy. It makes for such a great sleep!

CanadaThe accessibility to the washroom from the tent at night maybe?
We loved the fact that we could connect with nature and the entire concept of glamping. It is a unique concept and the hydrophobic plants were an added spectacle. We loved everything about the stay. :)

CanadaIt was a last minute decision for us to stay and would have been nice to find a flashlight or some other light in the tent once it got dark.
Very easy to find, love that the tents are roomy, well equipped furniture wise and the space between the tents gives us a lot of privacy. Love that it is a sustainable farm and enjoyed the farm animals and my dog was welcome. We felt really welcomed and the owner, Doug, gave us a complete tour of his 18 acre farm including a history of it. Also love that we are not constantly interrupted by street noise and late check-ins that disrupt our rest. Love that they have a bonfire and the proprietors join us. Access to a full kitchen and bathroom was a pleasant surprise as well as the clubhouse where you can relax either playing a game of snooker or watch a little tv.

CanadaThe host preferred the cars to be parked out front because he said it was a fully house that night. But other guests didn't really follow his request and parked besides the tent anyway. besides, having your car there does make it easier if you forgot something and it acts like a barrier between other tents.
Very welcoming host. Willing to show you around the whole farm. You can tell the owner is very proud of his farm. The outdoor shower is worth trying, especially in the early morning, feels very tranquil. At night, very minimal light pollution so you can stargaze no problem. The tent allowed dogs which meant a big deal to us!

CanadaMy boyfriend is passionate about animals and camping so I booked this little getaway as a surprise and we were both very delighted with our experience. The staff and animals are both very friendly and welcoming. Sleeping under the stars in a heated tent was such a treat. We were happy with how clean and organized everything was. It was a treat to eat fresh eggs in the morning from the chickens! We had so many beautiful moments and made great memories on the farm. We look forward to returning! Thank you again for making our dreams come alive.

United KingdomDan who owns the site is very enthusiastic and took us on a lovely tour of the site. The tents are In a lovely location and well presented, though no towels were left, no light ( no electric but could of had a lantern or battery light) and the cover was wafer thin so we were very cold. We were told when we were checking out just to ask, but as we got in late we didn’t really feel we could ask. The camp ground is still being developed, the toilet block and showers haven’t been built and so there are 2 toilets and one of them has the shower. The animals and bio towers were lovely to see and learn about and if towels and warmer duvet was provided without asking I’d have rated the property higher as I believe it will be a lovely place to visit.
Location and potential.
