Ample amenities, beautiful tea room, comfortable bed and lots of parking! Lost my wedding band in their pool and realized after departing. The host’s communication was great and they went above and beyond to find my ring on their property and return it to me. Incredible kindness!!

One day, when I tryed to take a shower there was no hot water. The room was cold becase the heat was on the room next door. I had a large and heavy lugage. It was dificult to walk with it in the rocks path on the back garden

The swimming pool next to the room makes a constant, subtle humming noise. This might not be a Problem for the majority of people, but unfortunately I am sensitive to this type of noise - my fault. Everything else was excellent!

Was a very nice house and only a bit of a struggle with the doors, but that was because we were dumb. The house had a great atmosphere and there was no in person communication which was nice. The room we stayed in was exceptionally hospital and cleanly.

I would suggest on putting a curtain over the glass door on room#2. I found myself being woken up by other guests using the hall light during the night.

The owner was very nice and super responsive and helpful. A lovely person. The pool and facilities were awesome. Very cool place to stay. There is an entertainment room and traditional tea room. The spiral staircase is remarkable. I enjoyed the cereal and snacks left for guests and found the entire experience very unique and endearing. I plan to return!

The location is a bit far from the city center, but it's not a big deal.

I like that we can share the laundry facilities during our trip, and the pool is exceptional.

In January I stayed in this place with 2 friends and everything was very good, I totally recommend the accommodation, everything was clean, the bathroom always had hot water available for us, you feel at home, Ceci's attention was excellent, I I would stay there again.

Although the majority of the stay was very satisfactory, there were some minor points that could be improved. The noise insulation between the rooms was not optimal, which occasionally caused disturbances.

The Van Nest accommodation near YVR UBC Downtown was very well located with easy access to major attractions and the airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped which allowed for a restful night's sleep. The hostess, Cecilia, was very friendly and helpful which made the stay especially enjoyable.

The location is great and the unit is easy to access while still being secure. It is a beautiful home with great amenities. Cecilia is extremely responsive, helpful, and very sweet. This was our second time staying here and it is always a great stay.

Pool was cold, too cold to use. The fact that it’s unheated is not mentioned in Booking.com ad. You are told after the non-fundamental payment is made that the pool is unheated. The hot tub is not hot and my room was cold.
