We liked everything about the property. It was beautiful. Wonderfully equipped and well decorated bedroom. Exceedingly kind and responsive hostess. Lovely outdoor area.

The is no way to control the temperature in each room. That can be a bit of a problem if you want it warm and a another guest want it cold.

The vacation home is beautiful, inside and outside. The room was exactly with we needed : comfy, great Italian style shower. The free cafe is a nice touch. A bit far from the skytrain (30 minutes walk) but we choose it anyway.

Leaving my shoes at the front door, but I respect that. No utensils such as teaspoons. Couldn't find coffee pods. Parking quite a distance from room.

No TV but the listing does not say there is one so no surprise as long as you are aware of it. The house is on a busy intersection. The windows kept out all but the loudest of noise so that was not an issue. Unfortunately it meant we could not have the window open at night (which is something we like). We slept soundly in any event.

Good location. Nicely furnished room. excellent shower. Had a problem with the bathroom sink drain but host fixed it very quickly. Fairly close to some excellent restaurants (a few blocks away). Property appears to still be under development but the gardens put in so far are beautiful.

Would be nice to have a desk in the single room for some laptop work. But still it is a great experience living here.

Luxury house. Spacious room and high ceiling. You got a fridge and free drinking water. Location is close to the center of Richmond. There is a bus stop right at the corner if you don't have a car. Jessica is very welcoming.

We loved this stunning beautiful house, hosts are nice and welcoming. Property is clean and well maintained. Now, here at the Vancouver Vacation Home is definitely my top choice for stay in Richmond. Look forward for the next return.

House is beautiful, very close to the Richmond DT area and Tesla supercharger. Jessica is friendly and helpful. Will visit again!

Check-in process could be improved. It's not very clear to find the right place to park and enter the property for the first time. I had to call. Other than that everything was pretty good.

The property was brand new and well managed. I like that the ceiling is high and the room feels spacious. Also the location is pretty convenient. The bus stop is just at the street corner and it only takes 20 minutes of walking distance to the subway station.

The only thing is the rooms are facing a main road (no 4 road) so is a little bit noisy occasionally

The host is super friendly and nice. The room is spacious and very clean just like the pictures. The host provides instant hot and cold water and there is a large fridge for you to use.

It is a little challenging to safely get out of the parking and onto No. 4 Road. Visibility is an issue with a misplaced planting of evergreens blocking a clear view making egress a little exciting. The rooms and furnishings are very new and high quality, but the single rooms need an easy chair or small sofa and a luggage rack.

The hosts are wonderful, friendly and genuinely happy we stayed there. The house is amazing and very spacious and comfortable. The location was also terrific; easy access to anywhere in Richmond. Also easy access to quality appliances like refrigerator, laundry and combination cooking machine. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here in the future.

Great house in Richmond with a very high level of comfort. The room is extremely spacious and has everything you need...and the floor heating is amazing. Also, there are useful amenities in a common area like coffee maker, water dispenser, microwave, fridge and washing machine / dryer. The friendly owners live there and are therefore available in case of any questions or if help is needed. It is also possible to park a car for free which is a nice add-on. If no car you can definitely walk to the centre of Richmond easily or take the bus (who stops in front).

It is a new built property hosted by a friendly family, cleaned and maintained up to standard. It's not a walkable location but if you drive it's going to be totally fine, not too far from Richmond city center.

I spent not one day, but two whole weeks in a beautiful house. And I can say with confidence that my vacation was wonderful thanks to the warm welcome of the hostess of the house. I am grateful for Jessica's caring, attentive and responsive attitude. The house corresponds to the photo in the Booking. Everything is clean, cozy and beautiful. The house is surrounded by flowers and a small young garden. Transport stops and shops are within walking distance. I highly recommend this house, here you can feel safe, as if you are at home. I'd like to come back here. And I will definitely miss this magical place.

There is no functional kitchen, so you can't cook. There's a microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, and knife.

I loved everything. Jessica is an angel. She's a super host. I got an upgrade, and it was beautiful. Everything and everywhere is neat and perfect. I was reluctant to go out because the apartment was so comfy.
