I wish the price was cheaper however it is worth the money.

This was our fifth stay at this hotel. It is close to my family in Burlington. We love being close to the water, the staff is always great. There was a problem with one of the rooms doors, we had two rooms. We told the front desk and within 30 minutes the dead bolt on the door was changed and working perfectly, we were all very impressed and thankful. The second night returning from a family get together we could not find parking; the front desk again was very helpful and within three minutes we had parking. We travel with kids, we love the pool, the park and we feel very safe in this hotel. The rooms are very clean, we love the breakfast in the morning and the variety of items to choose from.

The room had a really odd smell when we first entered . And I found some areas to need re flooring as I triped on a floor piece that was raised.

Location was on PAR. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely with a nice view. Good value for $- would forsure return.

I requested connecting rooms 2 weeks in advance which wasn’t provided despite receiving a confirmation message. The rooms are old but clean. Breakfast experience was bad. Food was OK (with limited choices) but seating was in the hotel lobby with limited number of tables and chairs. Breakfast was included in the booking but I regret choosing that.

How there were not enough pillows. Also how the hotel is out dated with their eco friendly options. Example: the showers should have those refilled bug bottled of shampoo, condition and soap. This helps the environment and is less of a waste.

The a/c in the bedroom could not be altered The bed, though comfortable, dipped in the middle but n saying that I slept well. The WiFi had patchy connectivity Paper plates and plastic cutlery for breakfast

Location was excellent for the purpose of my visit. (Visiting family member in hospital) The staff were very friendly And the food in the bar/restaurant was excellent Hotel was spotlessly clean

The location was excellent. Next to walking paths and close to highway. Hotel has been renovated, and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Was under the misapprehension that parking was included in the payment. That should be clarified on the site.

Breakfast was promised for 6:30 am and there was nothing 15 minutes later. The girl serving was not helpful and no one around equiped to handle complaints. She told me there was no manager, coming later. I hat to leave by 7 am and I had no breakfast which I needed to start my day. I had to go to Tim Hortons for breakfast.

We had a door adjoining the next room which meant their noise (loud talking) carried into our room, thankfully they quietened down by 11pm. The lift door closed rather quickly for two people loaded up with luggage it closed on my arm before hubby could press the open doors button. But all Aok otherwise
