We arrived in a cold snap pipes were frozen , also broken bed and full trash can in the kitchen etc. The owner refused a refund, but front desk did find a better room a few rooms over. Heat couldn't keep up and jackets had to be work at night. But we made it till the end of our hockey tournament.

The photos on booking.com are a total misrepresentation of what the room is like in person. White stains all over their chair, dirty towels, liquid soap dispenser that was all gross and soapy and not cleaned from the previous quests. Stained sheets. overall not clean Upon arrival was informed there was 100.00 damage deposit. Ok not a big deal, pretty standard. The younger woman at the desk told me when she checked in the morning she would decide if the room was in good condition and would decide if I got the deposit back. Um what? The man explained it was because they have had people walk out with TVs and other items, but we would for sure get it back. That was a better way of saying that. Upon getting into our room (1 bed, 1 pull out couch) I went to get mine and My daughters bed set up (the couch) only to find that it was a bare mattress. Went to the office to ask for it to be made and was met with problems. We can't make that bed, the couch won't fold into itself. Are you joking? We have 3 people and 1 bed. Then it became the issue of questioning if we underpaid (my booking says 2 adults 1 child). Then I was informed that they don't make that bed because people steal. But they'll bring me a duvet. Seriously it's 1130pm. We've been driving a long time. I just wanted to go to bed. I want sheets as well not just a blanket Finally they came and made up the pull up. Which is the most uncomfortable pull out I've ever been on. Your feet are higher than your head and the springs and bars come through the mattress. The most uncomfortable sleep I've had. Check out in the morning was the most uncomfortable and awkward check out ever. I've never had a motel staff member follow me into the room to do a walk through, counting sheets, checking windows, examining everything. Nothing like being made to feel like you're a thief. Staff are rude. But the man was quite pleasant to talk to. But very poor customer service

Half empty beer cans in mini fridge. Coffee maker had used coffee grounds still in filter. Only 1/4 roll of toilet paper in washroom. 1 set of towels in bathroom. No sheets or blankets for the futon even though confirmation showed two beds wanted. Unfinished electrical outlet for tv just hanging from ceiling.

Had to beg for any room supplies, was not clean, tv did not work, location was loud till all hours, no privacy. The front desk was not friendly. The beds had torn sheets, and they felt worn out.

It wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom supplies were either used or missing. We asked for one room to have 2 beds in it and the other room with just one bed. Both rooms only had one bed and they wanted to charge an extra $75 for a different room with 2 beds which is absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be staying there again. I realize that prices have gone up but the bare necessities and cleanliness was expected. Very disappointed.

Room was very hot when arrived and ac control was broken.. It worked but only one setting... And old coffee grounds in coffee maker. Front desk man was friendly tho but not sure would stay again probably make the extra drive to lethbridge or somewhere bigger than fort Macleod only because we couldn't find anywhere to eat breakfast other than a Tim Hortons... On bright side we found great breakfast spot in claresholm called Roy's that was excellent!
