We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThey have packed beakfast which is fine and convenient. However, it could be improved by providing a vegetarian option. Also, as we left early, my friend reported that the bun was frozen. Small things, not a big deal for us, but a nice to improve.
For us, the location was perfect and the rooms very private and quiet. The staff was very friendly and fun to work with. It was the first time that we travelled with a pet and they made sure everyone was taken care of well.

CanadaStaff is always so friendly and the rooms are always clean. Very welcoming to returning guests as well. The rooms are cozy and having direct access to the parking lot from every room makes it so easy to move luggage between the room and a car parked right outside. For the value the price is amazing and I choose Royal every time I visit Lloyd.

CanadaThe staff was condescending in attitude, treating us as though we were ignorant and un-knowlegeable of check in prceedures. When working, we regularly stay in motels 28 - 30 nites per month. The staff may not know this but they can be courteous. We won't be using this place again!

United KingdomThe window looked out onto the car park and I felt I couldn't open them when I was in or when I went out. Perhaps the upper floors would have given me more privacy to have the curtains open. But I was told they didn't have King size rooms on the upper floors. I wasn't told until I checked in that the breakfast was grab n go. The grab n go breakfast was ok but I would have preferred a proper breakfast.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was always clean when I got back in the evening. The room had plenty of space.
