Kids went for a swim but were told we had to book a time. Was not told this when checking in. So for the 2 nights we stayed, we’re only able to swim once in the morning on our check out day. Walked by the pool in the evening and there were only 4 people in it. Would have been nice to have been able to swim then.

I didn’t like how slippery the bottom of the pool was but other than that everything is great.

I liked the front desk, she was very patient with us. The place was clean and comfortable.

We didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room. Also the tv is very small. Not enough towels when there’s a spa tub in the room. Also the fireplace makes clicking sounds.

Christmas Decorations were done very beautiful. For a cold breakfast they still had a lot of items to choose from.

It would be nice to have some phone charging options....all the plug ins were being used. The lighting over the sink isn't really sufficient for putting on makeup

There wasn't anything that we didn't like per se. We just would have just enjoyed it all that much more if the breakfast room had a little more to offer, but overall it is a great motel and well worth the price.

The staff here were very friendly. The room was very clean, and it is apparent that the hotel is well looked after. Having a spa tub in the room was a nice benefit, and certainly made the room a good value! My only grievance would be that the fireplace was not working as it was apparently turned off for the season. They said it would be back on in a week or so, but we would have enjoyed it had it been available earlier. It would also be nice if the breakfast room had a waffle maker and some hot items, like many other hotels offer for a free breakfast. Otherwise it was an excellent stay, and we enjoyed the hotel.

This is a regular hotel for for us. Very good value for your money. Ample parking, very quiet. The breakfast area is the main reason we stay here. Very big, clean, and a large selection of food. The rooms are starting to show their age a little bit, but this is minor. Staff here are always friendly too.

The value for the excellent room. There is lots of room to sit and visit. We bought food in and warmed it up on the stove so we could visit. The staff is so friendly and went out of their way to visit with us and accommodate our requests. The breakfast was perfect, good choices and very clean.

I would just ask housekeeping to provide additional toiletries and bathroom amenities for the larger suites for families and the jacuzzi suites. The bath bombs were always a nice touch (especially for the jacuzzi suites), but it seems they've stopped providing them.

This is my favorite hotel to get away to once a month. There is plenty of parking, along with multiple access doors instead of just one main entrance, which is good if you have kids, lots of baggage, and the stairways are very wide. The hotel is clean, comfortable, secure, and (from my multiple visits) very quiet at night. Laundromat, barber, and Royal Pizza right on the hotel property, which is super convenient, and Royal Pizza is very good with a menu of choices. The continental breakfast at this hotel is one of the best I've had, and consistently good quality, with variety and selection.

Could price. Clean but very dated, but hear a face lift happening soon. Large comfortable room..we got upgraded as our room was not ready. Staff friendly. Was great to have free shuttle to airport
