Booked there bc they were $20 cheaper than the only other place. Their rating was a bit lower too, but I just needed to crash for a few hours. Expectations were very low. But, WOW.... Room was freezing cold, like 7 degrees. The heating unit was not even plugged in. There was a dirty tea towel hanging from the stove. Tooth paste residue in the sink. At this point it was late, I was tired, and I was already in my jammies. Wasn't leaving. Tried to switch on the lamp and got sparks. Yikes. I reached for the remote and picked up a piece of someone else's cracker hiding underneath. The tv didn't work. Cords were hanging out the bottom - I assume for a missing cable box ?? I was already in bed and thought, 'I wonder if it's clean under the covers. Decided best not to know. In the morning light I could see that there were girls hair clips on the floor. The shower curtain was too short and there was no way of stopping water from flooding the bathroom. There were hairs on the bathroom mirror. Sorry for the bad review guys, but you HAVE to do better.

Very hard to find the front door, when your parking lot & front door face the highway, with zero signage to direct you where to go on the street. I booked a king room online, after driving 10 hours that day and being very tired, I was very disappointed when I paid for my room at the time of check in, and then walked upstairs to the room to find I was given a room with smaller bed. The breakfast was cold at 7am.

Breakfast was mediocre. and late Manager was very unkempt. hallway had a strange aroma. weeds growing everywhere. Had it been daylight I would not have stayed at this place. If it’s that dirty and in kemp’s outside, what’s the inside like. room was fairly clean. but under the desk was items left behind by previous guest. i’m surprised the City has not given an order to clean up the premises. sow thistle 3ft high growing up around the build along with other weeds. parking lot light we’re never turned on. only on sign was lite up. looked like there was only one person running the whole operation

Easy check in. Very nice room. Good kitchen in the room. Comfortable bed. Good coffee. Good way of dispensing shampoo and conditioner to avoid waste.

Bathroom cleanliness, bathtub had to be clean before I could use it. Dirty door, poorly flushing toilet, used toiletry products, dirty Kleenex dispenser. Like most Patel motel, the standards are not up to par and are setting a new reputation for low cost motels. I love Indian cooking but I dont want to smell it in the loby...

There was 1 person and a cleaning person running the entire hotel. Staff person left key cards on front desk with names and room numbers which is very unsafe. There was no one at the desk, just a phone number to call for the guy who was usually off property. The front doors were just left open. We had a cat traveling with us and when the cat got lost, we learned NONE of the security cameras had been working for past several weeks. Breakfast was coffee/tea, 4 kinds of stale cereal with milk, white wonderbread, some microwave precooked bacon and eggs. That's it. No fruit, yogurt, juice or anything. The room was $120 night and should have been $65 night for what was offered. Would not stay again.

Location was fine. Staying in Carlyle to attend function in Redvers.

our bathroom was not cleaned. I wiped it down with a cloth in the bathroom. Would have like some more towels, face cloths. no staff to be found. I only saw staff on the morning of check out.

Eggs and sausage was cold.

Easy check in. Quiet and clean room. Everything in the room worked. Lots of shampoo, container, shower gel, hand soap and lotion. Extra towel for my long hair.
