Handheld shower bracket was broken which was awkward. Also, though I appreciated the provided shampoo and body wash I would have preferred a dispenser on the wall or unopened single use bottles not large bottles that could have been tampered with.

The bed can be a little bit bigger. Also, it will be better if two glasses or two paper cups can be provided for mouth rinsing in the bathroom.

The suite is well equipped with home appliances and a sectional sofa. Therefore, it is more comfy to stay in this suite than in a hotel room. Besides, the customer service staff Ben is very helpful and considerate by offering me an early check-in. Westview provides a free parking spot during my stay. I can park my car, walk to Tunney's Pasture station for 12 mins, and take a train to the Parliament for sightseeing. To sum up, I was satisfied with Westview Luxury Suites and will recommend it.

The towel bar in one of the washrooms was missing but not a big deal. Parking is a little tricky to find especially in the dark. The host did send me Parking directions which were helpful to find but took us 5-8 mins to figure.

This apartment is located in a quiet community close to down town, easy to get there and get into. Very convenient parking spot. The whole apartment is very clean, very newly-docorated. The decoration style is simple but cozy. It even has a TV with Netflex. There are 2 bathrooms which made us, total 4 person, very comfortable to use. All the details are considered, including the paintings all the wall. I fould feel the good taste of the owner. I'll recommend to all my friends which would like to travel in Ottawa and will definately come back when I need.

Owner is great. I've stayed multiple times and I always hear back quickly regarding any questions. It is SO clean, has self-check in and all facilities you would need are provided, including laundry! I will definitely be back.

The apartment was in a quiet part of town with very easy access (by car) to downtown Ottawa. The unit was bright despite being at just below ground level. Loads of windows along with privacy blinds which allowed the light in. Any help or support needed was a phone call away. Access to the building and unit was by door code and then lockbox. All information to get to the parking and self-access was provided in advance of our arrival. We also asked for an earlier check in time, which was provided.

We spent some time trying to figure out which lock box had the keys to the apartment as it wasn't labeled.

Good location, the train station was about 7 mins walk away. Modern ,clean and very functional apartment.

Bar stools were broken and were only 3. Only 3 wine glasses. There is also a broken telescope in the living room - ? - for ambience only I guess? Parking is in a church parking lot a half block away. Parking is VERY tight! Difficult to get in or out if cars parked next to you. Condo buildings being built next door so noisy construction starts early.

Brand new condo building. Very clean. Quite close to the river and trails. In a neighborhood that is being revitalized with lots of condo buildings going up. Well equipped kitchen. Rooftop patio was lovely with nice views. Very quiet until 7am when construction started. Beds were very comfortable.

All was great - just small issue with heating - was a bit warm.

Spacious and very clean - met all our needs - we were only there overnight but enjoyed the comfort (bed was very good). Support was great - had a bit of an issue with the air (had problems lowering the thermostat) but it was so late couldn't get it corrected (more on us than on the facility). Emails back and forth were answered promptly. Would stay there again for sure!

A divider between the bed and sofa could be used to make the space more private. Windows are quite dirty but with construction next door that would be expected.

The parking wasn't so bad , at first hard to find but it can be a little tight. My one only thing I noticed missing was bathroom essentials like body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Had a little trouble with the a/c. It was hot in the apartment at times. But one quick call and response we figured it out. The rooftop is a nice touch. Just did not find seating etc to lounge ( I figured either do to the wet weather) would've been nice to sit and relax once the sun came out. Overall everything was great.

It literally felt like home. How clean the space was. Plenty towels. Cutlery. Had washer and dryer to clean what you need. I loved the complimentary robes in each rooms. Bed were extremely comfortable as so was the couch. Loved the big full body mirrors in both rooms. The art decor. The window views. TV had many options to watch. Shower pressure was great. Easy location to get around. Also appreciated the flexibility to stretch checkout time abit. A huge plus .

Contruction noise from new condo adjacent but only in the morning. Out of the owners control.

Parking included, walked to a choice of good restaurants/pubs for dinner, Netflix included, bed linens and pillows and modern design.
