Having a very loud upstairs neighbor kept me from sleeping comfortably, but over all a good place for the price.

The best are so comfortable. Have stayed there twice and had the best sleep ever both times. Keep forgetting to check what kind of beds they are! Super clean! Very accommodating staff!

Netflix not available on TV. Could have clothes hook on back of bathroom door. No breakfast. A restaurant 6km away was recommended but it didn't open until 1100 on Saturday, which was unfortunate as we traveled out of our way to get there.

Mattress was very good. Owner very pleasant and helpful.

Still could use some further updates (for example; tub in the bathroom with 1960’s colour dull goldish yellow with old cigarette burns on the edge) but the cleanliness and friendliness made this easy to over look.

It was very clean and had received some updated renovations. The host was cheerful and friendly despite us checking in later in the evening.

The only thing we did not like was the fact of not having an alarm clock in the room.

The breakfast was not available or if it was we did not know about it. The man on the check in desk was very friendly told us where we find everything we wanted to know about the town. We were impressed by the help he gave us. When we checked out on the last morning he even came running across the parking lot to say good bye.

I forgot my watch in the bedding and the owner called me very quickly and arranged a time for me to meet and pick it up from him. Very friendly and was a great host.

This is a very basic but very clean and comfortable room. We were greeted warmly and the hosts were very kind snd friendly.

The entrance lighting is great but we would recommend brighter lighting over the desk and bed. Travel was a big part of my job years ago and it required alot of paperwork in the room at the end of the day. Here I would need to open the curtains for additional light to avoid eye strain.

The front desk manager-owner was very cheerful and welcoming. Our room was clean, well disinfected (covid) and the bed was comfortable. They even thought to have the air conditioning running so the room was cool when we checked in. Very kind as it was 33 degrees celcius outside. Quiet at night and early morning; we felt safe staying there. The room is being upgraded--the tub and furniture shows its age but everything works. No coffee due to covid rules; not the managers fault. Very prompt to respond to requests. We look forward to staying there again.

Although this may be an older hotel, the rooms were absolutely spotless and had the amenities of a microwave and fridge, allowing for further affordability to buy food at the local grocery store across the street and prepare a meal in my room. The owner was an absolute joy and I will definitely be returning to the Westview on my subsequent trips to Hanna.

Hanna is a working folk town. A lot of people there for many economic reasons, work being the biggest one. What I find is that people for some reason think it's okay at 1am to walk heavy, talk loudly and slam doors like they own the house. You really find out about people when you go to the smaller centres, folks that live in the region - awesome! Folks that go there for work that really don't want to be there for work (you know who you are), are not so awesome.
