There was nothing we didn't like about this property.

I had booked a standard room and we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite with a view of Blackcomb Mountain. It was just to the side of Whistler Village which was perfect as it was quiet. Breakfast was included and had everything we needed.

Breakfast was complimentary - both continental and hot - and was well done. The location was perfect, as it was in the Village. The room was great and exceeded expectations. Hot tub was awesome!

The breakfast was copious but tasteless. Coffee and OJ tasted good. That's about it though. The bacon was undercooked, the eggs industrial, the sausages tasteless, the breads unappealing, the yogurt was heavily sugared. Honestly, it was hard to find something appealing to eat. Next time, I will skip bkfst here and find a place in town.

Excellent location - walkable to everything in Whistler village. Comfortable and tasteful hotel with excellent staff. Easy check in and check out.

There was nothing not to like. Hotel was amazing and the staff even better. The pool and jacuzzi were great with amazing views of the mountains around.

Everything was just amazing. Hotel location is in the heart of the village. We got room upgrade as a gift for our anniversary which was very pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious and very good.

We loved our stay at Pan Pacific. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we were travelling with our 5 month old baby and they had everything we needed. They even gave us a slightly bigger room to ensure we had enough space. The room itself was ideal, great kitchen facilities and we made use of the laundry room which was easy to use and reasonably priced. We also ate at the restaurant, both food and service were excellent! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in whistler.

The hotel parking at $32 a night was a bit steep.

Room was clean comfortable and spacious, the gas fire was cosy. The bathroom was large and very clean, it included a walk in shower and a bath. The location was right in the middle of Whistler Village so perfect to walk out and about. Car park close by. The price was very reasonable as we stayed in 'shoulder season'. They offer free breakfast too which is a bonus.

Front desk language barrier presented an issue when my daughter wasn't feeling well. They couldn't seem to figure out how to get me some of the plain breakfast cereal for her later in the day, which was disappointing. Also only one elevator was working which was a big problem. Had to wait to get on for 10+ minutes and was squeezing on at that.

    Beautiful rooms with comfy beds

One of the two elevators was broken, so we spent quite some time waiting every time we needed to use it.

The room we received exceeded our expectations. Staff and hotel amenities provided us with an overall comfortable stay. Breakfast was also great.
